When I arrived, my room was dirty and I cleaned it myself. The shower/tub and sink area had visible dirt, dust was eveywhere, and there was food stuck to the remote. After speaking with the manager, Kimyatta, she offered to add points to my Hilton account for my inconvenience. She never added the points.

The bathroom was absolutely filthy with literal feces running down the side of the toilet, no sheets on the pullout couch, no pillows no extra blanket, even after requesting. They do not validate parking and it’s $40 per night. The air conditioning did not work well enough to cool the room and the staff was extremely rude. We will never go back.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Dondre (I think that was his name) for giving us an early check in. We arrived so early around 7:30am and were so tired, and we thought we’d call and ask to check in by 12 or so… he let us check in at 9am and we were able to get some rest so we could catch up on work before the Eagles game. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE GO BIRDS!

Lack of problem solving, terrible customer service

We had 3 rooms with our family. 1 room’s interactions and experience went fine. 2nd room - dried Vomit (I think) on comforter, hidden by top sheet. Didn’t realize it until after having slept in the bed, so that’s fun…. Brought it to attention of staff, they said they have a policy not to replace bedding until 2nd night of stay but reluctantly said they would fix it since it was soiled. We left for the day and came back to the soiled blanket remaining on the floor where we left it. they didn’t fix it. Came back to room and asked for it to be fixed, they sent someone. I opened the door to let him in, he said “oh, that’s not my job. I don’t do that” …….didnt provide the proper replacement bedding but said, “I’m sure you can figure it out”. ….Sure, of course I can figure it out!! Probably wouldn’t have thought to write this out if it was fixed the first time. Things happen. Even though I was grossed out, I can understand that. 3rd room - Asked to have the other room made up, but they wouldn’t because of policy of every other day. Asked as a courtesy since the second room experience wasn’t going well. They said No. Said I was happy to pay extra - since it was my parents room and they just wanted fresh sheets, I asked if they could possibly make the exception and charge me. Negative. Wouldn’t hear of it!

Our room was musty, the shower faucet was reversed so the water could have easily scalded someone, and the tv didn’t work. Staff were not solution oriented, while they apologized that things didn't work, no effort was made to make things right. I would not stay here again.

Staff was extraordinarily helpfulness. I was within minutes of the train station from the airport!! How convenient is that. The immediate area seems suspect but 5 minutes up you are in a shopping area and a few blocks over you are in the theatre district. Would absolutely stay there again.
