Room was decent. Staff was friendly. Right next to the Reading Market Terminal. Close to downtown and historic sites. Shampoo and body wash were exceptional, smelled amazing. Cons: no parking, had to use a 3rd party vendor and it was very expensive. Very noisy, inside and outside the hotel, barely slept the 3 nights we stayed. No room phone to call for room service or the front desk, you had to use your personal phone and a qr code. We stayed 3 days and the room was never serviced, even after asking. Overall, an ok stay. Wouldnt recommend or say stay away, but would caution before booking to be informed.

The toilet ended up flooding and they said they couldn’t find a plunger ANYWHERE so that part really sucked. We had to go down to the lobby every time we had to use the restroom.

Check-in was very smooth, the room very spacious and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. The Staff especially the restaurant crew on the 10th floor were extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I had more clarity on the “breakfast vouchers” I wasn’t aware on how or where to get them. Unfortunately, House keeping was nonexistent throughout my stay. They would only come by once a day early in the morning while I was still sleeping. I would go out to explore the city the entire day and comeback in the evening and my room would not be serviced. Even after being requested. Overall great stay, would definitely comeback.
