This was a waste, unfortunately. I even emailed the property management company to say I was going topublish a less than flattering review, listed the issues in great detail and asked them to please let me know if anything I listed was incorrect. I don’t believe in negative reviews without first giving the company a chance to respond. Unsurprisingly, I never heard back.Broken shower in primary suite, shards of glass all over the pool deck from a broken glass table, someone’s week-old Chinese food shoved next to a couch, primary slider to pool was broken and didn’t lock, bbq that had its burners covered in filth and couldn’t get about 225 degrees, dirty windows, main door to casita heat sealed shut, front automatic gate fell off the track and was just stuck with no way to manually move it….the list literally goes on and on. This appears to be a VRBO that gets HEAVY usage and it shows. Property management t couldn’t even have done a minimal check in between rentals as most of the items would be bee discovered. No oversight from what I could see. This is a property that needs to be shut down for a few weeks and handle a lot of deferred maintenance. For 20k a week, we were ripped off. I became project manager for new issues every day. Avoid.
