The Embassy Suites Niagara Falls (Ont.) is a beautiful hotel and the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is very convenient to major attractions such as The Falls themselves and the Fallsview Casino. It was the perfect place to stay for the concert I attended at The Old Stage at NF Fallsview Casino. Excellent experience.

There was a line to the complimentary breakfast with the wait of One Hour.We needed to start our day so we went for a $130. breakfast at IHop. At the Drinks and Snacks we were greeted with empty snack bowls…. The Bell Desk and Valet Team were WONDERFUL.

Excellent location, we drove although some things may have been walking distance. We had a view of the falls from our room. The only problem we ran into was our room was on the tenth floor and the bar was just below us on the ninth. We could hear music from the bar as we were trying to sleep. I wish we would have been a little higher up.

Breakfast is extensive but everything was terrible - second morning I was sick from the pork sausage. Actually threw up. We stayed two nights didn’t clean room - wasn’t told they don’t clean each day. Usually that’s the green option They said they could get me a better room - I’m so upset that they upcharged me for the same freaking room I booked with you. Then the fees which weren’t mentioned I will not be recommending Embassy Suites to anyone and I’m about done with Expedia - I should probably just book direct because the hotel staff always say there is nothing they can do when booked through a third party.

All was nice, but the food! Breakfast without any vegetables. For this size of hotel with approximately 11 elevators, and the line for the breakfast, I would expect better food options. All you get in the cooked bar was scrambled eggs, an omelette, sausages, and potatoes which was salty. Cold bar was yogurt, oatmeal, and apples. Anyways no tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce any greens. Too bad that from the options I chose nothing was tasty and got migraine as it was so oily and heavy. Disappointed!
