I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a series of issues I encountered during my recent stay, which was supposed to be a celebratory experience for my birthday. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite.
Firstly, I had explicitly requested a room with a walk-in shower, but upon arrival, I was given a room with a bathtub. This did not meet my needs and was quite disheartening. Additionally, the room and carpet had a very unpleasant odor, reminiscent of old mold and dog, which significantly affected my overall comfort.
Moreover, the room lacked a mini refrigerator, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water available for a shower. These inconveniences added to my dissatisfaction.
Furthermore, the customer service I received was far from satisfactory. The staff did not seem attentive to my concerns, leaving me feeling quite frustrated. However, I would like to acknowledge and express my appreciation for Jeff and the other doormen who provided excellent service by opening the door and assisting me with my luggage and Uber. Their efforts were the only positive aspect of my stay.
I kindly request that you address these issues to ensure that future guests do not have to endure a similar experience.
