Restaurant was closed. Toilet seat was uncomfortably low. Shower didn’t drain well. Staff was very nice. Great view from room. Room was large.

As an aging Broadway junkie, I’m needing my hotel to keep creeping closer & closer to Times Square, and the only way to creep any closer than the Millennium is the outlandishly expensive Marriott Marquis. The lobby is STUNNING, front desk staff friendly & efficient. The lobby is easy walk-through from 44th to 45th, which is VERY convenient. Room was nice, clean, and SPACIOUS. My terrible view is my only complaint. Great 5nt stay. I’ll be back!!
Rooms need to be updated. Toilet ran constantly, tub drained very slowly. Housekeeping was great.
Unfortunately, the Millenium Times Square does not live up to its “name”. The amenities are non-existent, there’s not a single coffee shop, restaurant or lounge in the establishment. The rooms are old, put dated and in need of serious repair and updating. Until the property is updated I’d strongly recommend other hotels in the area . . . Marriott Marquis, Renaissance, etc
Really great location and had a great view from our room. Areas of the room were worn with holes in the headboard. Curtains were dusty. We were on the 49th floor yet the only ice machine that worked was finally found on 51st floor. The staff were pleasant but disappointed there was only 1 person at the check in desk during the busiest time of check in.
The property is a bit dated--but not to the extent that is any kind of problem. The room was clean and in good repair. The water pressure in the shower was extraordinarily good. The staff we interacted with were all pleasant and helpful.
The front desk staff were amazing. Margaret and Danny and Jenny exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return
I thought staff, concierge, bellman, doorman were really helpful which is super important for a good experience there. I upgraded to suite but couldn’t get fireplace to work or bedroom lighting to turn on. Remotes? I enjoyed a lot!
Hotel was easy to get to, decently clean, and helpful front desk staff. Room was SO hot when I entered, and couldn't get the heat to turn to cool, called the desk and was told to just open the window, which made for a very loud night over Times Square without much peaceful sleep.
Convenient location. However, needs ability to air condition or heat a room. Too warm in November because entire building will only heat.
Cleaners have not touched a floor in a bathroom for 3 days.
