I would definitely stay at Hotel Henri again. They got us into a room promptly and the staff was always polite. The area was great! Easy access to the subway. The only minor issue was wash clothes, for some reason they didn’t always have them but they provided additional hand towels when requested.

Arrived at 3:30 pm and room wasn’t ready (check in time advertised as 3pm). The lobby was overflowing with guests still waiting to check-in. I was told it would be another 60-90 minutes before the room would be ready. I walked around the corner and got a room at The Heritage.

The hotel was great. Great customer service, clean, room was perfect. The bar downstairs was also great. Most importantly, it was the perfect location, close enough to everything yet not large crowds in the streets especially during the holiday season.

The front desk staff was nice. One of the nights around 1am the fire alarm on our floor went off and freaked us out. Nothing was addressed until I called the front desk staff and had to notify them that there has been fire alarm going off on our floor. I never heard back and still don’t know what happened. Overall the hotel was in a good location just wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms are quite dirty and when I asked to have them cleaned nothing was done. Bed service and fresh towels were added. But even tho I requested clean sheets to be placed due to the sheets initially on the bed having a stain and that was not done.

This hotel was in a good location, close to restaurants and Subway station. CV’s is also around the corner which was convenient. The room was a good size and the front desk staff was very helpful!
