Property was very nice but Sonders cancelled our reservation check in day with only notice by email. We traveled from Florida to Nashville for the stay. After 3 hrs waiting & calling from the parking garage, we finally got our room. No phone numbers available for people at the location.

No front desk, hard to get help

The check-in process is complicated. There is no front desk. I called the number but no one answered. At first, my reversation could not be located because my last name was mixed up with the first name. Later, I thought it was fixed but the code was invalid. When I tried to add parking, I could not find this option on the Sonder app. I called the number and it was complicated. Technology is good if and only if it works!

The apartment itself was immaculate and clean, the area around very nice.... but the dishes in the cupboards were all grubby and dirty... we had to wash all the plates and pots and frypans before we could cook dinner.... and the noise from the lift was really bad... it went all night and we were a room away from it. The elevator backs into the hall where the rooms are and was like nothing i had heard before in a hotel! I guess thats why there was a heap of packets of ear plugs under the sink!

Great location but terrible at the same time. Great as it is very close to Vanderbilt and downtown but It is very noisy. The sirens and helicopters (VU hospital) are non stop and the sound proofing very minimal. The lack of front desk can also be frustrating - our door code did not work on the first day and it took 20 minutes before I could get anyone to answer the phone and help us. Not the welcome we were looking for after a long travel day. The room was fine though a little tierd and needed more comfy seating in the living room (one small sofa for a 2 bed apartment does not cut it). The other negative is the pool - it is only 3 feet deep!

Communication was difficult, especially since booked through Expedia. This became an issue when it came to obtaining access codes, as the Sonder website (which was emailed to me for verification) didn't accept either Confirmation code. I also started a chat with Sonder 3 weeks prior to our stay asking about bed arrangements to ensure we had the correct number of beds, and I NEVER heard back from them. This was an issue becasue we got to the property and had to make up the sofabed but didn't know if there was bedding, etc. Other feedback: The toiletries are fine, but the bar soap is not ideal. They should provide body wash. And neither shower has a toiletry ledge, so everything is on the floor (again, not ideal for bar soap). Also, parking was unclear- the website says parking is $20 per day maximum, but when you get there, you have to scan a QR code and it automatically charges the parking rate of $27 per day.

Nice but could have been awesome

Overall good but a few things could be better: there’s no one on-site to provide essentials (eg. Extra towels, toilet paper). A single dish towel for a week is clearly not enough, a few should be provided. Nothing provided to clean the dish counters. No plastic containers to store leftovers in the fridge. A few basics would be appreciated: like salt, pepper, and coffee. Other than that, property is very well located, clean, and pool is awesome and very clean. Perhaps some shady areas around the pool would be nice.

Apartment was in an exceptional pristine condition, the layout was spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and large fridge. Recreational pool and lounge area was very clean and well accommodating to any family group. Communication throughout from inception was efficient and prompt. Parking was safe. Location is ideal for nearby restaurants, bar and clubs and grocery. Would definitely recommend here for all above reasons. Look forward to returning here.

Great location to restaurants, park and shopping. The pool needs to be cleaned and scrubbed. Great kitchen area near the pool though. Furniture and rugs in rooms need to be cleaned or replaced and shower tile needs attention.

It was perfect except for no streaming device for the tv so we went without it for the night. When they prepare a room the staff should check that it is still there for use. Otherwise it is an awesome place.

I like that this property was in a safe neighborhood. I liked how modern the property and the rooms were. The price for the unit was extremely reasonable. Parking was extremely easy. Also did enjoy not having a key card and using a code to get into the building and rooms. Communication through the chat was always available and representatives responded promptly every single inquiry I have. The only thing I would change is the rugs in the bedrooms need to go. They were dingy and looked dirty. Everything else in the unit was extremely clean it was extremely spacious the beds were so comfortable. Overall I would definitely stay here again no questions asked. But I would highly highly recommend getting rid of rugs and anything that looks outdated or dingy. The property and the rooms are too nice to have something simple that can be fixed deter someone from providing a five star review.

This is one of the two bedrooms that there are. I did not take a good picture of the rugs but this is where the rugs need to be replaced. Everything else in the bathroom and the kitchen the living room or some sort of tile or hardwood.

The carpet in the halls were stained and dirty. I extended my stay 4 times and only once did they get the extension right with my keys. Had personal trying to come into my room while I was still there thinking I was checked out. Had one guy come up to change my room door code that the rudest most obnoxious person I think I have ever met. There is no lobby or anyone to talk to if there is a problem, of which there are usually many. You have to call in and you are on hold for at least 45 minutes to an hour each time
