The hosts at this condo were amazing. They go above and beyond. They spare no expense to give you the finer things. Amazing snacks and beverages were stocked for us. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The communication was great. Shannon sent several suggestions on things to do and places to eat. If Shannon and Lee owned other locations in different states, I would book with them everywhere! Their hospitality is unmatched. The area the condo was located in unfortunately wasn't the best. This was the best experience I’ve had thus far! Shannon & Lee were the best hosts! The condo was very welcoming and cozy. It gave off couples retreat. The pictures on the site does no justice from seeing it in person!!!! Everything was exactly how they it would be. They were very responsive, and even listened to my 1 minor request of having Red Bull in the fridge!!! This place had everything you needed in case you forgot something… I would highly recommend anyone to who’s looking for a nice cozy/romantic stay, to stay at this property!!! Let’s not forget it’s located near everything within a a short drive. We took an uber to Broadway and had an absolute blast!!! The chicken spot “Hattie B’s” is literally a mile or so away. Great food might I add. So if you’re looking for somewhere that’s inviting with great hosts this is the place to get!!!

This place is so much better than staying in a hotel. Shannon goes above and beyond as a host. The bed is very comfortable the towels are super soft its a quiet neighborhood and really just a short drive to downtown Nashville. This place is impeccable. My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here. From the conversations with Shannon leading up to our trip, their hospitality/communication during our stay, generous gifts (flowers/card) recognizing our anniversary for us and to the many refreshments…everything about this place is FIRST CLASS!!! Shannon and Lee condo is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean (pictures don’t do this place justice). Perfect location with a view of the city. Business/41st wedding anniversary
Fabulous evening at “The Standard Restaurant” for dinner. Went to the Tomato Art Festival in East Nashville, then the rest of the day on Broadway. Twelve-Thirty Club, Dierks Bentley and Laney Wilson. City of Franklin on Sunday (nice boutique shopping/cafes….Green Hills Mall also. Shannon and Lees place was great location. We ubered everywhere except for Franklin. Their place is just perfect. Super clean and stocked with everything you would need. Shannon was top best for communication. Will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Simply Amazing!
From start to finish, this trip exceeded my expectations! This was the first time my wife and I had been to Nashville and when I found this rental on VRBO I thought the photos looked nice. The photos undersell this property. It was beautiful! Immaculately clean; a great location close to all the wonderful things there are to do in this city.
