Property is very nice and modern with amazing contemporary apartments ( we had a 3 bedroom apartment). Just around the corner of Lincoln Road ( shopping/ dining etc). Groceries are a minute away at Trader Joe's :) The only issue we had were a constant smell of cigarettes and "joints" in the elevators and numerous young people running around in the 4th floor hall ways smoking e cigarettes etc. Other than that everything was great.

Sonder is a wonderful, lower-cost option in a city as expensive as Miami. Was awesome to have all the space and a kitchen. Unfortunately, there were some elements that made the stay not super great. 1) Sonder's emails said the front desk would be manned from 9-5, but no one was ever there. So when we needed help with broken luggage lockers and when the fire alarm kept going off, no one was on-site to assist. 2) While having a kitchen was great, there need to be a few more items available, such as more than one cookie sheet, a skillet, and hot pads for said cookie sheet. 3) We were very excited about the prospect of the rooftop pool. However, once we arrived at the property and went up to the pool, we saw it was closed. Sonder never informed me at the time of booking or anytime before that this would be the case. Overall, we had a nice time, but if Sonder says the property will have certain amenities, they should follow through.

Apartment with potential. Lots of lowlights

We recently stayed at this property and while there were some positives, unfortunately the overall experience left much to be desired. Highlights: The space itself is comfortable, well-designed, and spacious. It came equipped with modern appliances and had everything we needed in terms of functionality and layout. Lowlights: The service was disappointing. We requested extra towels and only received them 36 hours later, after three follow-ups through the support channel on the app. Upon arrival, we found the bathroom floor dirty, which raised immediate concerns about the cleanliness of the space. Additionally, one power outlet next to the bed wasn’t working, and the closet drawer in front of the bed was broken with exposed nails, which was particularly concerning as we were traveling with our young child. Most notably, we were not informed in advance that the pool was out of service—a major letdown since we chose this property specifically for the pool access for our child. Lastly, the gym was extremely basic, well below the standard of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The property was amazing. I was in town to watch my daughter walk in Miami Swim Week and launch her very own swim line. We will be back next year and definitely re-book soon.

Everything was great, only complain is that when we arrived the two kitchen trash cans were completely full. There was also a little knob in one of the bathrooms that was broken so the handheld shower head didn’t work.

The property is nice no real complaints. It’s walkable to everything, convenient, near shops restaurants groceries and coffee/liquor stores. One thing is that Sonder should check to see the amount of towels one would need and have them available for each guest. Lastly the oven needs attention(burned black substance in there).
