Fantastic hotel, easy to walk to pretty much anything, though it is at the edge of Manchester proper. The free #1 bus provides a great connection to Piccadilly unless it’s rush hour, then it’s faster to walk. There is lots of new construction in the area giving it a weird corporate architecture vibe crossed with the industrial history of the town.

Beautiful room free upgrade!

Staff very welcoming and friendly, we received a free upgrade room was beautiful spotlessly clean one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. My only criticism would be the lack of parking facilities, having to down load the NCP if no spaces was inconvenient it didn’t spoilt our stay loved Manchester ❤️

Lovely hotel but had to keep closing the curtains to get changed as room looked straight out onto tennis courts and bar opposite. Felt very exposed. Had to pay for parking at local NCP.

Such a beautiful and timeless hotel! The exterior and interior is lovely and would definitely stay here again! The staff even added a special touch to our room for a friends birthday! - Thankyou! The only thing I would say is the beds could be a tad bigger especially as it’s a room for all adults but other than that, perfect!

Nice staff. Hotel clean and nicely decorated. Very nice bathroom with luxury washing facilities. Noisy room from outside clubbing till early hours. Restaurant was very poor in the evening limited menu. Breakfast though was very good.

I stayed with friends just for one night as we were visiting the ao arena. The hotel was great, within walking distance to where we needed it go. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and had everything we needed including toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was also very good with a great choice for everyone.

DO not stay in room 127 - the room is above/next to a cooling system or other noisy electrical machinery which kept me awake all night with its humming.
