Good stay for the mighty Chelsea game. Hotel rooms are dated but serviced each day. Bars close early each evening around 10.30 which is unfortunate as the staff are very friendly.

Nice and convinient

Chelsea hotel is very good for families that wants to visit Stamford Bridge. Its convinient and the service is good. One backfire for us: our Air condition didnt work and we told the reception twice but nothing helped, they didnt fix it. The room was very hot without AC.

Excellent staff in a tired hotel

Firstly the staff were excellent, hugely helpful in particular Neil. Honestly, this hotel is tired and in need of a refurb. It’s in such a great location with onsite parking and could be an absolute gem. The rooms are very tired; we stayed for 2 nights and ended up in 3 rooms. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the first two rooms, bath and sink didn’t drain properly, broken shower hose, broken furniture and generally shabby. As I said, the staff were excellent and did everything they could. The hotel will be refurbished so I’d happily return once this has been done, but not until then.

This hotel does not meet 4-star standards—it's more like a 2-star experience. Check-in was basic with little information provided. The hotel has two separate buildings, but amenities like water fountains are only in one, making it inconvenient. Room key cards only work in your assigned building, complicating visits between friends. There’s no receptionist in one building, yet certain requests (like breakfast delivery) must be made in person. Housekeeping was poor—hair under the bedsheet remained for days despite claims the sheets were changed. The staff was defensive when confronted. Other cleanliness issues included a dirty ironing board, stained bathroom mat, and no restocking of room amenities. The TV was also very small. Overall, the hotel falls short of expectations, especially considering its association with a top football team like Chelsea FC.
