the hotel has underground parking, if you are staying in the hotel, you should get a discount. when i booked as i had the youngest child with us we booked an adjoining room which wasn’t available. at first they gave us two rooms on to different floors. but eventually after asking swapped and had rooms on the same floor

The hotel was very conveniently located, close to the Tube and Excel Centre. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. There were lots of good restaurants close by as well.

At first glance, the hotel looks nice, but the furnishings and finishes were rather poor quality and showing signs of wear. The lobby bathrooms were always dirty, and our room had about 6" of dust on the shower vent that we had to report to the staff to clean. Plus, the tub was dirty (we didn't even think of using it), the toilet area smelled of urine the entire time of our stay, and dust was hanging from the ceiling over our bed. The breakfast buffet kicked us out as soon as the hours over. The other restaurant had an extremely limited menu. Plus, we were yelled at for eating outside food in the lobby (even though the hotel restaurant had already stopped serving.) There were three of us staying in our room, and we had no space to eat in there. Plus, the fitted sheet did not tuck in on the top, and the bare mattress kept being exposed which is completely unsanitary. I also do not recommend if you are planning on visiting the city center a lot since it is a bit of a trek to get there.
