Quiet, good location, near the beach.

Fantastic views on the Lani. Clean. Saiylin in reception was excellent. Great access to pools.

The property and our condo was well maintained. Plenty of kitchen utensils and plates. Good location to both Lihue and Kapaa. Will stay there again.

Love the location and close to airport. Also the usage of resort pools and villa pool.

Very nice facility. The staff was very helpful, the location was convenient and everything was in good condition.

It was perfect, I had a nice condo, bed was very comfortable, and I loved each morning looking at the grounds, and seeing and hearing the ocean. When I had a problem they came very quick to resolve the problem.

I loved the fact that it was right on the beach - each morning, I was able to step onto the beach for a sunrise stroll. All the people we dealt with at the front desk and the concierge desk were really friendly and helpful. As for the pool, we primarily used the one at the Kauai Beach Resort next door, and it was great - we were given bands so we could use their pool. The rooms were nice and clean, and I especially appreciated the AC in the bedroom because I like it cooler and less humid at night. The only real issue we had was the flaky wifi, but we worked around that by using the wifi for one of the nearby condos. I would definitely recommend this place for families.

Really old property with a rather depressing pool and demotivated staff. They are a 2-star operation that charge 4-star rates.

We had an okay experience until we were charge $150 because we left a sink full of dishes. No one ever told us there would be no housekeeping during our stay, but we managed without it by tidying, making beds and doing dishes daily. The front door of each room is a serious hazard due to its weight and lack of proper closure, our 5-year old sustained a finger injury in it. Our tub didn't drain and the phone didn't work, there were chickens constantly on the porch such that we couldn't use the outdoor area -- but we didn't complain at all as we were happy to be on a family vacation in Hawaii. When we left, we expected that housekeeping would handle the cleaning (since we were never told otherwise), but were extremely disappointed when we were charged for dirty dishes. The reception desk at the hotel even called us to complain that we left the sink full of dishes. We tried to explain that $150 charge for dirty dishes is unreasonable especially when we were not made aware that cleaning would not be included in our stay. Of course we would have done the dishes had we known it would cost us $150!!This left a bad taste for us, after all the other minor inconveniences, and would not recommend this property due to their lack of communication and extreme rudeness upon our departure.

Nice big rooms, comfortable place to relax. Great value. No restaurant in hotel so you have to go out to eat or cook something up in the kitchen. Not any fault of the hotel but lots of cross traffic getting on to the highway. Would stay here again.

The check-in was welcoming and informative. The staff was very helpful with giving us tips for our trip. The rooms were spacious, had great amenities, and very clean. It was so great having a kitchen and laundry in unit! Parking is available as well as bbq and tennis courts. The location is close to the airport and beachfront property. It felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place!

We requested an ADA room...It is not!!!Excuse given was that the building was built in.the'80's. Not acceptable!! There is only one telephone in the unit...located on the dresser at the foot of the bed...again, not acceptable!! The kitchen is so narrow the I can't turn around and the same is true of the bedroom...not acceptable!!I Access steps into unit are steep and slippery...access door to lanai is broken...I could go on and on,but .......

The 2-bedroom villa was nice and affordable for my family on this 4-day trip on Kauai Island. Although there is no on-site restaurant and sometimes the front desk's computers become really slow, we did enjoy the whole stay.
