I gave 5 Stars for the Housekeeping they clean our bedroom great despite of the place outdated. The sink always make an awful noise every time the water drains and it makes noise like “burping”.

This is a large Hilton complex with the Ocean Tower being a long way from the main lobby. Once you get your bearings it turns out to be about a 12 minute walk between the two. There is a tram to take you around, but if your luck is like mine, just as you walk up to the loading platform the tram is just taking off. You had better like the sound of chirping birds. And I’m not talking a few birds, it has to be many hundreds of them. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. The view from my room was awesome with the ocean being in the background. Lots of nice paths near the ocean to walk.

The property was awesome very nice but ill never go back. The breakfast I paid extra for (35$ as part of booking special) was a voucher for what i thought was a buffet. It was a crappy continental breakfast that would have cost 25$. Didn't have what they offered on the back of the voucher what so ever. There was not very many options for food, the pool bar by the dolphin encounter was adequate for lunch but they closed early and you were forced to go to fancy restaurants. No easy places if you just want an easy dinner. The actual place was incredible the people were friendly. When you go on vacation you know your going to spend money, but when your constantly shelling out lots of money at every turn it gets old. Maby for some but not for me.

Magical. Just magical. It was an unexpected delight to stay at the property. Every day was a relaxing experience but there was so much to see and do. From the beaches and snorkeling to the dolphins and our favorite… the sunsets. Again just magical. We intend to visit again and have some special times. Thanks Expedia for bundling our hotel, flights and car. It was a fantastic experience.

If you have unlimited funds, this is the place for you. They charge a lot for everything. Nothing is included. Many amenities were not working/running. Service was terrible.

The room was good, the hotel grounds are beautiful but the amenities were lacking. Nowhere to eat breakfast except for very overpriced buffet, dinner at KPC restaurant was very expensive and not very good. Pool slides were closed, lagoon was dirty. Overall it was a nice stay but Hilton quality has gone down a bit. For the price of the rooms the amenities and service should be excellent. Not in this case.

The property is beautiful but every single thing is expensive. Very expensive. Breakfast is 55 per person. Also understaffed. Also HUGE resort with limited transport around.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service

Property is aging, lots of signs of wear and tear. Staff at check-in desk were indifferent, rude and not helpful. Boats to get around the property were gone, train was slow and not regular enough. Took 35 minutes to walk from our room to self-park lot and we walk fast. Limited mediocre options for food and drinks on the property
