I gave 5 Stars for the Housekeeping they clean our bedroom great despite of the place outdated. The sink always make an awful noise every time the water drains and it makes noise like “burping”.

This is a large Hilton complex with the Ocean Tower being a long way from the main lobby. Once you get your bearings it turns out to be about a 12 minute walk between the two. There is a tram to take you around, but if your luck is like mine, just as you walk up to the loading platform the tram is just taking off. You had better like the sound of chirping birds. And I’m not talking a few birds, it has to be many hundreds of them. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. The view from my room was awesome with the ocean being in the background. Lots of nice paths near the ocean to walk.

The room was clean and spacious. The venue was HUGE and a bit overwhelming, and not a lot of information about amenities were given when checking in. I did not know how much walking we would need to do to stay at this resort.

Our stay was great and my family loved the resort! My only issue was that it is a little inconvenient to get to the Oceans Tower, especially during check in, since you have to park at the main registration area and take the tram (or walk a decent distance) to the check in for the Oceans Tower. With two kids and luggage in tow, it was a little challenging, but the kids loved riding the tram. :)

Pros: Beautiful property, friendly helpful staff, excellent room accommodation, great location, fun activities on property, we basically had a small apartment. Cons: daily parking fee ( a car is needed to enjoy the big island ), parking is a bit of a walk to room, if your room is facing the golf course next door they mow the grass daily at 4 am ( a total nuisance ) and not a lot of shady areas around the pools though. If you never left the resort everything you need is there, early there is a well stocked grocery in a shopping area even a movie theater as well as places to eat. There is no beach on site but a short distance away there are beach options and hotel has many beautiful pools to swim and sun in. We loved it. Overall though excellent stay and will stay here again despite the long walk to parking, parking fee and golf course nuisance.

Our experience was totally awesome. Service was spot on and food was excellent. Gotta say though, charging people for shade at the pool, not cool, pun intended. I get it though.

Very clean and beautiful junior suite the adult pool is a little small. It was very convenient for our stay and nice to have an adult area. Not many choices in restaurants you have to leave the hotel, but very comfortable beds and perfect for a weekend getaway. But would definitely stay there again.

iBook, my reservation include breakfast when I went to the breakfast buffet told me you know it’s only my breakfast and other area which is only coffee and croissant and the concierge guy did them help at all. I ask any question you work only to sell other service.
