I was pleasantly surprised with this place. It was directly across the street from a wonderful beach, in close proximity to plenty of dining for all meals, and it was completely silent! The walls that separated our unit from others were solid concrete. We couldn’t even tell if we had neighbors! We booked a one bedroom and we were unbelievably ecstatic when we discovered it also had two full bathrooms, something I didn’t see in the description. My only complaint, and this is minor to say the least, was the air conditioning. It was a small unit stashed into the corner and it automatically shut off every 4 hours. On hot July nights, we had to get out of bed to turn it back on at least once per night. Otherwise, the place was amazing. Better than expected.

It seemed like everything that could go wrong did. Asked if we could check in early (no call back letting us know one way or the other), code didn’t work to get into our room, air conditioner was on a timer (nobody told us and so we assumed it didn’t work), back door didn’t lock, WiFi didn’t work, and water temp cool (not warm) BUT all of these things were addressed promptly when brought to their attention.

I loved the stay here. Property had all the amenities you can ask for, fans, ac, even a washer and dryer which was handy when coming back from the sandy beaches and wanting to wash your clothes/beach towels. Pots, pans, all utensils are included therefore you can cook your own food and save some money. Amazing for an affordable price.

Outdoor gas grills were nice! Pool and hot tub were great! Hot tub was hot! Area appears to be really safe and the beach was across the street. We watched the sunset every night at the beach! Unit was great for our needs! Would definitely stay again.

Property itself was fine, but ordered "garden view", received view of parking garage. Ordering off Orbitz i thought I was getting a hotel, this is a condo next to the hotel. Asked the check in hotel for new linens was told that is for the hotel. Customer service was helpful once I got ahold of them, but my traveling companion and i called multiple times and they just hung up on us. To get ahold of them i had to use the callback option. Their customer service isn't integrated with Orbitz, they were supposed to send me the code to the room 2 days ahead, (as the email from Orbitz said), but they didn't have my email. Sounds to me like that should have been handled through the Orbitz app/network. I was hesitant to provide additional information to a third-party given how timeshary this appeared upon arrival.

A great property for our time on Maui! The space was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable for two travelers. You cannot beat the beach access, which is maybe a 2 minute walk right across the street. Easy to get to all shopping and restaurants along South Kihei Road, and parking was so easy for our excursion days. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip!

Castle is a property management company which has units they rent out. I picked a garden view because I thought it would be peaceful and beautiful. But no! They lied and gave me a view of the parking structure. I wouldn't mind if that's what I picked, but don't lie!!! I wouldn't mibd except the parking structure completely dominated the whole view from the condo.

This property is outdated and poorly maintained. The room we stayed in was extremely small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase. These are condo buildings where individual owners rent out different units, so the experience varies widely. While I’ve heard some condos here are spacious and in better condition, most units are old and run-down. If there’s limited information or photos available for the specific condo you're considering, it’s likely to be one of the bad one. Additionally, Expedia does not honor its 24-hour cancellation policy for this property, and it misleadingly lists it as a 3.5-star hotel instead of a condo-style apartment building, which feels like a misrepresentation.

Overall, very good! A few issues but did not distract from our vacation. I had to prompt the staff online to get my check-in password/ instructions and my check out instructions. There were quite a few beetles in the room daily- and we did not keep food in the space. Not a big deal, for being in a tropical climate. Someone afraid of bugs may have an issue. Parking was easy, the room was clean, and spacious. Nice to have two large bathrooms. It was a nice space for us to enjoy Maui. 4 out 5 stars.
