Close to everything. Walkable beach right out the door. Pool and hot tub were nice. Really close to fish pond where turtles relax on sand. Kihie canoe club where you can try out outrigger canoes. Condo has chairs and an ice chest for when you go out. Love the in unit washing machines. Dishwashers too! The 2 bedroom is a strange design. Upstairs is a loft, no privacy. Sitting on Lanai is amazing. They have great ac and ceiling fans. Really close as in centrally location to everything on the island. This is not fancy but very nice. Elevator was broken so the stair climbing was a challenge for luggage and groceries.

The property is old and run down. The pool is small with nasty outdoor carpet around it. The rooms are all tile which are very slick when wet . The hotel charges you for everything and there’s no maid service ..The receptionist leaves at 6pm so after 6pm the only help you will get is a security guard. Upon checkout they want you to clean the room or be charged $50. This is definitely not a resort as they claim.
We stayed here for almost a week and really enjoyed the property. It’s right off of the beach making a beach day simple and easy. We had the one bedroom room with the pull out for our kids. It was spacious and had everything we needed (beach chairs, towels, a cooler!). There were plenty of great places to eat close by and though we had a car, they were about a 15 minute walk if you wanted to. The pool was amazing and the grounds were kept very nicely. The view was also incredible. It was also very affordable which helped when budgeting for this trip. I would stay there again!

Excellent! We enjoy the it. We had an ocean view. Very clean full kitchen plenty of towels, everything that we needed was there. Very friendly staff. Near everything. I highly recommend this resort.

This location was definitely a home away from home. It had all the amenities needed for our stay. We were able to eat in many meals and for a family of 5 that made a huge difference in our budget.
The rooms w were amazing! Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again!

Mr. OrtizI am truly sorry you did not enjoy yourself during your visit. I did search and I was not able to locate your name in reservations, was the reservations under another name? Please provide that information so I may make the necessary notes. The resort has partnered with Expedia for several years and the resort information as well as amenities and hours of operations are listed with all travel agents including expedia. We do not provide daily housekeeping services, at check out there are two items we request of all guests, load and start the dishwasher and remove your trash. No guest is required to clean the unit. Again my apologies. The resort rarely receives negative comments, but I will look into the carpet at the pool. Again my sincerest apologies.
