If you don’t need the beach front or ocean view— this is the place to be! We chose this hotel for the free breakfast and parking— and we were not disappointed in either. Breakfast staff is awesome— good assortment with some varied items each day. Parking galore. It is next to a very nice mall— from Macy’s to Claire’s— and several boutiques. Restaurants from Wendy’s, Taco Bell to Olive Garden and Cheesecake Factory and several delis, pizza places and bars. Staff was very attentive— room comfortable and quiet. With a rental car— we were able to get to anywhere we wanted — when we wanted. Hate the confines of some of the resorts.

Although we had 1 fire evacuation & 2 false alarm our stay was very good but usually we rate excellent We stayed in a king & sofa bed unit 404 was very noisy & uncomfortable. Our front office personnel Dee was courteous helpful & we appreciated her as well as housekeepers

This is a terrific hotel in perfect for me since it has a gym and an indoor outdoor pool. I'm here to build my body back up before I go to Maui and then the Big Island in this hotel is the perfect hotel to do that. Location is awesome, in a strip mall with over 20 restaurants and 20 other stores. There's even a Cheesecake Factory among the many other restaurants. The food in the area is absolutely phenomenal. I'm eating healthy and feeling better than I have in years. And I hope most of it to the amenities of this hotel.

Hotels conditions need renovation. Location is very convenient. Parking lot is huge. Services and employees are nice and helpful. The laundry room 4 machines broke down since the day I checked in to the day I checked out 4 days have not get repair. Guests had to wait hours, hours…to wash clothes because only 1 washer and 2 dryers were working.

We stayed for 4 nights. They were very accomidating when we arrived early and allowed us to early check in. Great location. Loved the resident cats and chickens in the area. Beautiful property. Loved that there was no parking fees. If you prefer less crowds than Waikiki, its a little out of the way, but a wonderful option. Thank you.
