Beautiful property and room! Would highly recommend Kings' Land to families! It is family friendly!

Excellent for family. My kid loved the activities, pools, slides.

This is one of the best resorts I’ve been to. The facilities are extremely clean. What sets this resort apart are the exceptional people who work here. It’s a smile and Aloha whever we go.

Very family friendly and location to amenities we easily walked to . .

Very nice, has everything you need, great staff especially Bernard. He’s the best!!!

Loved it !! Best location Want to return as soon as possible.

We usually pick this hotel whenever we are in need of a staycation. It’s great because the rooms are nice and if you have a bigger family like we do, they have rooms to accommodate you rather than having to rent two hotel rooms. The unit also had a full kitchen and dining area. There are a total of four slides, one of which is located in a shallow kiddy area (although it is still big enough for me to be able to slide down without incident), one short slide, and two long slides. One of the long slides are enclosed. One of the best parts about staying at Kings’ Land is that you will also have access to the slides at the Hilton, which also has a few slides. The only downside is that it’s not in Kailua Kona, but there are places to eat and shop close by.

Overall we had a good experience at this hotel. A couple issues, however. First, when we checked in, they assigned us to a room that was already occupied. When I called the front desk to explain the issue they didn’t originally believe me until two employees confirmed that yes, in fact there was a suitcase and a number of other items belonging to the current inhabitants of the room. One thing to note is that this property is much bigger than it appears online. If you are not staying in the main building then you need to drive, basically, to the bar the kids club and the pool. If you are in building 24 or 25 there is another pool that you can go to but there are no bathrooms or bar nearby. I didn’t realize any of that from the website.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were updated and very clean. Felt like luxury! Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and were unable to take part in any of the activities planned - would have been cool to try the hula lessons or to hear some live music. However, we were very appreciative of the hospitality room - our flight did not leave until the evening so we stayed around on our last day to swim and explore Waikoloa Village, and King's Land has rooms with a shower & living room (with TV) that they will let you have for an hour (for free) so that you can get clean before leaving. Such a great idea! Staff was very friendly. Not as big as the Hilton Waikoloa Village but I thought the pools were nicer and definitely less crowded and quieter, with fewer kids running around. We will return if we ever make it back to the Big Island!

Let me start with the AMAZING staff! Each and every ONE of them was great! The front desk team could answer any question when we dropped by. We had a little incident with the Easter Egg Hunt, security happen to be walking by and sent my son the most thoughtful basket for his trouble, the valet saw him crying he also asked about him and our room #. It was my daughter's 6th birthday, they sent up cookies. I could NOT ask for a better staff. The one bedroom was perfect, my mother decide to come at the last minute and we had plenty of room for 5 of us. The shower design was weird and the housekeeping was taking things bringing things and didn't seem to have rhyme or reason but otherwise all great. We didn't use the full kitchen too often but it came in handy a few nights were were chillin at home. The Hilton was great but I would MUCH rather stay here to be away from the craziness. This place was relaxing and quiet, just what we needed. If you don't plan on sight seeing, you don't even need a car, the shuttles takes you to shopping, restaurants, and the other hotel. The pool was gorgeous and not too crazy. Access to the Hilton was perfect we spend a day by the pool and an afternoon touring around. Staying at Kingsland was a great decision and will stay again, We loved it.

Pushy time share. Bar closes at 7pm on property you can hear everything in room people walking toilets flushing music etc. Pool area very nice and cleaning staff nice as well. Most bbq dont work well. 25 dollar daily resort fee is ridiculous internet is poor if you rent vehicle you dont need shuttle but make you pay it anyways. We would never stay here again

Nice enough place for a timeshare joint. Pool area was nice, but not much else around the property. No beach access and the beach access at the nearby Hilton is laughable. Better locations if your beach focused. Hard to beat if you are pool focused.

Beautiful property, condo's are great lots of room. shuttles take you to shopping, eating, etc. would definitely recommend it.

Very nice place to stay . Wish we could of had a better view , other than the parking lot..

Great time at Kings Land. Best feature are the grounds around clubhouse and pools! My only disappointment was how far our room was from swimming areas. Had to cross three parking lots to get there. A minor detail, but we did encounter bags of garbage left outside of our room, which was at the end of the hallway. Master bedroom has huge, open concept bath. We did not use the jet tub. Would have liked a full, floor-to-ceiling door to bathroom or at least the toilet. Not a fan of toilets that don't have a fully closing door. Stove and outside grills were adequate but not great heat for true chefs. The entire property is spotless, beautiful and the staff are accommodating. Be prepared to be asked about buying a timeshare before, upon arrival, and during your stay. There is a huge lounge area at clubhouse for timeshare discussions, which could be better used for guests in my opinion.

Great amenities in your condo with access to two resorts, the Hilton as well as Kings Land.
