We really enjoyed our stay. THe property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. A couple of things we didn't like: 1. No food available in area of reort after 5 pm 2. No ice machine in hotel and ice maker in rooms is disabled. If you don't mind driving a short bit, there are 2 "Marketplaces" within a 5-minute drive with lots of Dining Options. Overall, a very good stay.

We love how quiet the property is. Its tucked away from the crowds but yet a quick trek to everything you need. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always spreading aloha. We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay especially if you have chikdren

Beautiful setting and clean, safe accommodations. Staff was very friendly. i'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property is beautiful! Sitting the middle of old lave flows, an oasis of lush green vegetation appears. The property is vast! Staff is super accommodating. We even had hours to kill after check out, and the staff made sure we we still allowed to utilize the pools, restaurant & other amenities. Top notch!

very clean and spacious

We arrived on an early morning flight. We stopped at the property to get an idea of when our room would be ready. All staff greeted us with enthusiasm. I was able to precheck which included: room keys, parking pass, towel keys and luggage AND food storage! They texted us ,around 3pm, and bags were delivered to our room. This was the easiest checkin ever. We could have used the pools there but had other plans. Now I know. Staying here included use of the Hilton Waikoloa lagoon and pools. We used both. Instead of taking the free shuttle, we drove and parking was validated! The shuttles last stops at Kings Land is at Bldg 4. So if you must use the shuttle , might consider getting on at earlier stops as it fills up at certain times. We were in building 3 on ground floor. Facing golf course but actually a beautiful pool view. Building 5 is nearest main pool, but crazy busy with families. At this location, We walked right outside our back door. Always quiet. The room was clean and modern and included most everything you would want. If you want to brew Kona coffee, the coffee pot is set up specifically for their own packs of standard coffee. There is a hot water kettle, so I suggest you bring a French press and enjoy some excellent coffee on your veranda. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing property with all the amenities you I’ll need for your stay

I think I expected it to be on the beach. Its near the beach. I misread it. It is though lovely and spacious. It had a washer/dryer and dishwasher. It was a mini apartment overlooking the golf course. Really nice.

We had a wonderful stay here at Kings' Land! I was torn between staying here or at the Hilton Waikoloa, but what it ultimately came down to was Kings' Land had the full kitchen in the room, which was a must since we like to cook breakfast in the mornings instead of eating out. Checking in was a pleasant experience. They were able to accommodate our requests and give us a room right by the pool and even gave us a bottle of champagne as an anniversary gift! The room itself blew us away. Clean, had all the amenities, and ample living space for a family of 4. Loved the bathroom layout with the frosted glass surrounding the shower and toilet. I've never seen a design like that. The kitchen literally had everything, including a rice cooker(Asian people will appreciate this). The decor and furnishings were all very nice. The pools may not be as impressive as the Hilton Waikoloa, but Kings' Land pools did not disappoint whatsoever! 4 water slides(2 kiddie ones), a volleyball area, basketball hoops, multiple hot tubs, waterfalls...you name it. My kids had a blast. Only real downsides are there's no beach nearby, the scenery isn't the best(volcanic rock everywhere), and if you're not in one of the buildings nearby the main lobby and swimming pools, its a long walk or a drive to go swimming. There's really nothing else I can say bad about this property. Free parking, strong wifi. We would stay here again next time we stay on the Big Island.

All the comforts of home

Great place to stay for family.

Beautiful landscaping and ponds behind our unit. Close to highway and a wonderful place to use as a home base for a trip to the big island. Weather was almost always sunny at our resort while it was often cloudy twenty minutes north or south.

Everything was great

It’s OK. Fairly isolated, although there is are shopping villages somewhat nearby (I.e. a quick drive away). Finding food later in the day became an issue, as a lot of restaurants close. Some annoyances, like no food pantry at all on site and no water cups or towels in the gym when I went to use it. There are a number of outdoor games in the pool and surrounding area, and the grounds and rooms are nice enough. It was fine but certainly won’t keep me from searching for other properties or a better deal should I return to this part of the island.

Our room was nice and big. Kitchen, living room and bathroom were very nice. The only thing was the washer/dryer. There should of been a sign saying you must push a button on a box to power up. No indication or mention of this till you call out for help.

Amenity, Size, cleanliness, staffs, everything was amazing. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
