It was clean and had a nice view of the golf course and bay behind the Kings Shops. The rooms were big and clean and the lanai was great to hang out outside. And the parking was conveniently in front of our unit. And BTW, we had 6 other families staying at Fairway Villas since we were there for a ...
When we arrived at the place we were surprise on how big the it is-very spacious. It was such a pleasure to stay so relaxing. The view from the 2nd floor was amazing. It was beyond our expectation. Will definitely recommend it. The staffs at the front desk were very friendly.
Condo was clean, spacious, & comfortable. Convenient for running race at Waikoloa resort & for exploring sights & national historic site of northern Big Island. Has well stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook, or has multiple dining options nearby. Relaxing, excellent vacation spot.
Great time at Kings Land. Best feature are the grounds around clubhouse and pools! My only disappointment was how far our room was from swimming areas. Had to cross three parking lots to get there. A minor detail, but we did encounter bags of garbage left outside of our room, which was at the end ...
As a seasoned Pacific Rim traveler I can say that Hawaii's Big Island is by far the most impressive Pacific destination that I have seen. It is an outdoor type's paradise and is breathtakingly beautiful. The Hilton Grand Vacation's Club at Waikoloa Village is a great place for families. The rooms ...
Our family of 4 stayed in 19C. It was everything we could have asked for. We used it for a base and went to explore different locations around the island, daily. It was great for the kids(teenagers) to each have their own bed (twin beds, one room). The kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates and ...

Great location near the ocean. The place was about 8 years old and certainly looked like it had carpet and beds, couches that needed to be replaced.
This is great for really, really budget travelers who don't mind an older place with a lot of noise in the morning. There was a 3 inch gap under the door to our room so I was kind of worried about midnight creepy crawlies. I also felt that the breakfast is just not good at all. Everything was carbs, carbs, carbs...A boiled egg might be a nice addition, also the lady working it was quite rude. It is however very conveniently located in the town center so you could walk to many nearby bars, restaurants and shops.
Our family of 4 stayed in 19C. It was everything we could have asked for. We used it for a base and went to explore different locations around the island, daily. It was great for the kids(teenagers) to each have their own bed (twin beds, one room). The kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, plates and bowls, microwave, oven and a full-size frig was great for cooking breakfast and a quick dinner here and there. The lanai was a wonderful place to hang out to eat and drink. We did not spend hardly anytime in the living room, but the couch and chair seemed comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit was a blessing! There was a bike, basketball (Court just down the way), beach umbrellas, one outdoor chair and now 2 boogie boards for use by whoever rents the condo. We had appetizers and listened to live music at the pool - perfect to sit and watch the sun set! We have always stayed in hotels, the condo was beyond our usual and absolutely perfect for this vacation. It was beautiful and met all of our needs while we were here!!!
Its nothing fancy but it does have a lot of plus's. Right across from a cute cove. In the middle of all the action in Kona. Lots going on and tons of restaurants , shops and activities all with in walking distance. It is kept clean and grounds are tropical and lush. Small pool, but a pool nonetheless.. And jacuzzi. Sunday was charming, it sits beside a historical church, and man can the church goer's sing... Like Angle's talking to you from Heaven. A small kitchen area, stocked with glassware, plates etc. A small coffee maker, a blender woopwoop, and a electric Wok-kindof thing. And a mini fridge . Bed Sucked !!! Screen door stuck, to where i looked like a crazy person fighting with the door. Remote buttons were soo over used, I had a hard time changing channels. Over all for the money it was okay.. 50 dollars more a night, might make a huge difference in upgrades, if your looking for plush. If you want something chill and more, in and out DIY this is your place.
