It was a "make the best of it" type of hotel. There are a lot of little things wrong that kept adding up - like the hot, dark elevators. The floor outside the elevators was under construction so one elevator was out of service, making the remaining elevator wait slow. The seats at the coffee area tables were way too short for the tables. I am 6' and while sitting, the table was up near my shoulders. Same with the chairs at the bar. Was surprised that the parking cost $30 per day. The outlets in the room were old and worn out - so when you plug something in it falls out. The phone plugs and the outlets by the bed were all on one side - so the other side had none. They forgot to give us the shell lei upon check in - but when we went back and told them they easily got it for us. The lady at the checkout desk was rude. Just a lot of things like this adding up.
Great location on a sandy beach and we could see Maui in the distance.
We liked the access to the beach/bay behind the hotel and the separate pools. Would have liked more choices for food or more than one restaurant.
A beautiful resort right next to the beach. Great staff, and our room was superb.
Friendly & courteous staff. Beautiful grounds of landscaping. I did not like The refurbishing of the wood handles out by the beach. The resurfacing debris & machine blew particles in the area. I inhaled those particles as I was walking around one morning.
clean and comfortable rooms, nice view from balcony, easy access to beach, etc
Beautiful kid friendly resort. 2 min walk to a beautiful beach
Amazing hotel. We already booked our next trip with them. Our flight was at 10pm and the hotel let us check out by 10pm. Where else can offer this to you?! Love their customer service!
It was quite nice. We were not as affluent as most of the guests. Otherwise it was fine.
Beautiful property with well maintained landscape. 3 things I enjoyed the most: 1. Easy access to beach and the most amazing sunset view. 2. Varieties of water sports offered with equipment rental. Daily beach yoga in the morning is a refreshing way to start the day. 3. One hour hospitality room at no charge to take a shower if you have a late flight. You can still use the pool and towels throughout the day after you check out.
Everything is clean but got some dated feel. Parking of USD21 per day is expensive given already paid USD30 per night resort fee. Beach was not as good as expected.
Not a resort for young people only for old rooms were not that nice,
