Was a very nice condo right next to a shopping center. Would have been better if it were closer to the ocean but not too difficult of a walk. The pool is nice but small and you cant get away from annoying people/kids there because you cant get far enough away from them. Overall it was a nice stay.
Clean, quiet, spacious. Did not get a return call when we left a message with the answering service.
The location of the resort is very nice, issues where taken care of quickly. Enjoyed the pool and exercise equipment were nice too.
Great location. Nice deck and view. The condo was a bit noisy from condo above. Only complaints: 1. The coffee maker which was a flat bottom “Mr Coffee” knock off, and 2. There was no salt and pepper. We didn’t expect food to be stocked but having to buy S&P just for a few shakes? We left what we bought and hope the housekeepers leave it for the next folks.
The property is conveniently located and was near shops, the golf course, and Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. We have stayed there many times and it is always fun.
Convenient location and well kept. The unit we stayed in had been updated. They do not have safes in the units and people were scheduled to enter the unit six times during our three week stay. Once someone came in while we were gone to leave a note. Since the office where they do have a safe is five minutes away in a shopping center, I often had a carry valuables with me. Not convenient for a beach vacation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is well kept, clean and the staff excellent. We have stayed in many condos in the area and this one was the best equipped. We stayed three weeks and did not have to buy paper products or cleaning supplies. Only drawback is noise from the upper floor.
Waikoloa is beautiful! Fairway Villas is a great location. Close to shops and beach. Villa was roomy, clean and had everything you’d need for a great vacation.
It was clean and had a nice view of the golf course and bay behind the Kings Shops. The rooms were big and clean and the lanai was great to hang out outside. And the parking was conveniently in front of our unit. And BTW, we had 6 other families staying at Fairway Villas since we were there for a wedding and everyone loved it. We even enjoyed the fireworks from the backyard which saved us from having to go to Waikoloa Bowl. I would definitely recommend staying at Fairway Villas when in Waikoloa.
Great location within easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf and the ocean.
It was very nice stay overall but extra $240 cleaning fee per stay is too much because they don't have daily house keeping like trash out, dirty towel pick up, new sheets etc.
We have stayed at the Fairway Villas a few times before and have always had a good experience. The unit we received this time K3 needs work. The furnishing and dishes, silverware look as if they were purchased from the local thrift shop. These things diminish the experience, furnishings made us feel like we were at motel 8. Not all units are like this and we highly recommend fairway villas. it has so much to offer and all the shopping is walking distance which is a tremendous plus when staying at such a beautiful island.
The condos are beautiful inside as on the outside. Comfortable furniture, plenty of linens, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, laundry facilities, etc... The condos are located about 10 minutes from a lovely little beach (don't remember the name now, starts with an S). Across the street are restaurants, a market, drugstore, gas station etc. (everything you need). The condo compound is quiet and feels very safe. We enjoyed the pool a couple days after going to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. My kids and I loved it!

Condo was very clean and comfortable, just a short walk from a great beach for snorkeling and relaxing. Restaurants, Wednesday Farmer's Market and various Shops were also just a short walk from the Condo. Best grocery shopping is just a short drive away in Waikoloa Village. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.
We like to stay in the Villas when we dive out of Honokohao or Kawaihae Harbor. Lots of space to spread out, close walking distance to the Shops and restaurants of Kings and Queens, and a big patio to lay out wet rinsed gear out of at the end of the day. Good value for 4 people, I do wish we could have maid service at least every three days, 5 was a little long, but on the other hand, no one comes in and messes with your stuff so you don't feel the need to pick up for the maid.
We had a fantastic week at Outrigger. Every thing was OK, we had an fantastic views over the golf courses. It was so nice.
