A hotel that does not assume I am going to steal the coat hangers - brilliant! An iron and ironing board that were both in good condition - amazing! My only suggestion is to make the menu options in the restaurant a little less deep fried or in creamy sauces, but the dish of salmon I did order was lovely.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel in Leicester. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern and the overall vibe of the hotel is spot on.

Small room for 3 people, towels for 2 people. Basic set up but fine for one night. Noisy outside until late in the night. Breakfast was good.

I stayed here one night while on a business trip. Check in was easy. I wanted to lie down as soon as I checked in but found my bed was covered in someone else's hair. Reception was able to move me rooms immediately. The next room was much cleaner. The rooms was comfortable enough and had sockets next to the bed, which is a win! But the floors had poorly fitted vinyl rather than carpets so it wasn't comfortable to walk on barefoot. The breakfast wasn't great. Not a huge selection, the hot food was sat out for hours and very dried out.

3-person room that turned out to be a disabled room. No objection to that as such but the bathrom was a little tired – ceiling stain and tiles in need of refurbishment. Also, I had contacted the hotel multiple times via Hotels.com to ascertain the third person's bed status (the website is not clear) but no one ever responded.

Nice hotel, but the area that it is situated days cultural quater,, Mmmm. Very rough, and unsafe especially for individuals, need directions from carpark as we went put the door nearest to where we parked and ended up walking past the hotel and not knowing it. Bed to soft and very uncomfortably, very noisy as we had to have the windows open due to the heat as the aircon temp didnt go down below 16c.

Excellent city hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff right from check in, to bar and restaurant service and check out. Room was well appointed and quiet enough that a good nights sleep could be had. Not bad for a city centre location.

I had to request a change of room, as the toilet stank and the bedding had stains on the quilt and pillow case. The room i got moved to wasn't much better with dirty tiles in the bathroom and the most uncomfortable mattress i have slept on, and one of the easiest things to get wrong... they gave me a broken room key. The fire door in the corridor didnt close, and the button to allow exit to reception didnt work - very unsafe.
