This was an ok stay. Unfortunately the hotel is next to the freeway so it was noisy. The room was average, no coffee maker. Smoke alarm was hanging by its wires from the ceiling. The staff was friendly enough.

It was very good quality for a "Americas Best Value Inn" and in a perfect spot near other convenient locations for food and etc in Houston. It was a great place for a great value and I plan to stay there again when I am next in Houston due to the location. It was very clean and comfortable.

The gentleman that helped us at the front desk was so nice, accommodating and helpful. He really made it a nice stay. I will say that our room was clean, but there was an airfreshener tree hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detector should have been.

LBJ Hospital Appt.

Impressed, premises were neat and clean with excellent parking lighting at night time, room was contemporary, quite cozy and roomy for a king size, HVAC was clean, overall looks like hotel is doing an outstanding maintenance job. Some improvement could be made on deep cleaning.
