Hotel was placed for visit to Hinckley which was excellent good easy parking and a nice clean spacious room and that’s about it the rest was a complete farce another big chain hotel more obsessed with making maximum profits at customer satisfaction Saturday night and people where queuing out of the triumph bar into the hotel hall way lots of people getting angry about unopened second bar I decided to order room service to bypass this complete car crash situation only for it to take three visits from a very polite lady to get all of my meal !!! And they had the audacity to charge £6 for this farcical service!! Mentioned my concerns to staff when leaving on Sunday morning with my concerns written down on what looked like a scrap of paper and told I’d hear from a manager!!! Still waiting hotel Leonardo!! When will businesses realise customer service cones above profits or else you’ll have no customers and no profits

A reasonably priced, good hotel!

Overall, a great stay. Had an unfortunate incident where the room key didn’t work twice, so a bit of a trek back and forth to the room as the hotel is pretty big, but otherwise this was our second positive stay here this year. Incredibly helpful reception staff kindly gave us a free upgrade and added breakfast when they realised it wasn’t on our original booking. Rooms and furniture are a little tired in places, so a refresh would be welcomed. And ideally a fridge in each room would be great for snacks.

Good that it had a shop where you could find things you may have forgotten small items like toothpaste or hairbrush. Disappointed that front entrance is not visible or clearly sign posted from main car park, which too many pot holes.

Great hotel while visiting National Space Centre

We had such a fantastic stay at Leonardo hotels! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, thanks to the wonderful staff. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Alex, who went above and beyond. He took the time to talk with us, ensuring we were well looked after, and his friendly and warm demeanor made us feel incredibly valued. A standout moment was when he generously offered a free breakfast to our two guests who came to visit. The exceptional service didn't stop there. At breakfast, we were helped by Daniel, who was not only very kind but also incredibly hard-working. In fact, all the staff members were wonderful and friendly. We're so used to impersonal service these days, so it was a genuine treat to be received with such warmth. We'll definitely be returning to Leonardo hotels after this wonderful experience.
