We have stayed at this location multiple times and have never been disappointed. The service from the staff is top notch. Everyone is friendly, helpful and does what it takes to make you have a great stay. The hotel rooms are extremely quiet. It is a great location that is walkable to the main strip of Gatlinburg.

What a great resort! Location was ideal, across the street from anakeesta & the aquarium. Plus walkable to all the shops. Nice outdoor covered patio to have a meal. Loved the upper pool with chairs in the water. Room was beautiful, huge bathroom, nice balconies. This resort has it all !

Our first of many stays here!

I booked this room as a birthday vacation for my mother, and it is such an impressive resort! A clean and relaxing place to stay! The staff is courteous and accommodating! The shower with three different shower heads was wonderful! Our private balcony overlooked the pool, sunbathing pools, Little Pigeon River, and part of Gatlinburg with mountains. We will be back!
