I have never written a negative review and I do feel bad about it, so I will use the sandwich method. Good: We love Jetty East. The location is great, views are amazing, easy walk to the beach, nice chair setup. Bad: This unit is managed by Jetty East. The condos there we have stayed in before have been privately managed and that made all the difference. Management provided one bar of soap for the bathroom, one roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. That’s it!! No soap for the kitchen, no dishwasher pods, laundry pods, or travel sized toiletries. As for the unit itself…seems to me they spent a lot of money on decor (which is beautiful) but skimped on some important items. The beds, blankets and pillows were terrible. The kitchen is very poorly stocked: only one knife, no colander, no salt/pepper and very minimal pots/pans/cookie sheets. The washer and dryer are so tiny that they are basically useless. We could fit one beach towel in the washer only to find that the dryer was broken. They have the kitchen cabinets full of pretty glasses and decor but I would have much rather had some food storage containers, a knife set and basic spices. And the condo is very very small. Good: My two teens and I had a great time even though the condo was frustrating and stressful to me. A walk down to the Jetty’s is well worth it. We found some pretty shells and really enjoyed the beach chair service. Jetty East has some activities in the cabana that are a nice touch!
