We’ve stayed here now 3 times. We enjoy it and love the peace and quiet. It’s exactly what I need and at a great rate. Got to meet the gentleman that owns it and they are awesome people. Very clean!!

Wonderful place to stay.

The property is perfect. Its away from all the noise of the tourist spots but still within a reasonable distance and is a great place to just relax and enjoy nature. Ill be definitely be coming back in the fall

A very cozy stay in a “cabin”

A cute little house in the Tennessee mountains. It made us start considering a mobile home as me and my wife’s first house together. The house and property was very clean and tastefully decorated.

Stay at the Bunkhouse in Cosby

The stay was as expected for the price. Overall it was a good stay. There were some odd items that I wished were taken care of before our stay. For example: The toiletries that were offered were mostly used already by other guests (lotion, shampoo, etc.). The grill is not in good shape and is a safety concern. The grates were all rusted and even after cleaning and soaking them, there was no way we could grill without everything sticking to it. Burners run way too hot and the grill was on uneven ground making it difficult to cook without grease fires. The pots and pans were scattered everywhere with a hodgepodge of lids that didn't fit anything. Again, just some things that would have made the stay a little better.

Nice quiet getaway!

Great place and the host was so easy to contact and so eager to help in anyway she could! Quiet area with a beautiful creek for young ones to play! There did seem to be an ant problem that we couldn't get under control, but she is up front about that in her listing. Fully stocked kitchen which made cooking simple and super comfy double beds! I Will definitely return if I'm in the area!

A stay at the bunkhouse!

We love staying here. We like the serenity and peacefulness. We like the beautiful drive to different places even though it may be a 30 min to an hour drive depending on where you want to go.we’ll definitely be back again!

Great time of rest!

Enjoyed it over all! Had some pests but other than that the stay was great. Just getting away from it all but being able to go anywhere in 15 to 35 minutes was great! Would recommend if you are not into the condo and city slicker scenery!

Enjoyed my stay

I enjoyed my stay over there. Most importantly the owner was very respectful and responsive on any query. It would be great to have internet (wifi) on the property. I love the facts of using own blanket, pillows and towels.

Amazing stay

Little trip away

We had a good time. It was jeeptober festival in Gatlinburg but didn’t wanna be in all the traffic. So we stayed here outside of everything. The drive into pigeon forge and Gatlinburg was beautiful!

Cozy mountain getaway

The listing was just as described, very comfortable and homey, a pleasant distance from all the busyness of Gatlinburg, but still close enough for an easy day trip. Our kids loved walking along the creek bed and using the fireplace/fire pit in the evenings. A great little home base for all our explorations during a fun vacation week. Terrie was also kind enough to bring her vehicle down when our van wouldn't start and needed a jump. Very grateful for the experience - thank you!
