This property is managed by a realty company. I went to check-in at 3:30 and the combo I was given didn't work. I reached out via the VRBO app messaging service but didn't receive a response. I attempted to call the phone number associated with the account but no one picked up the phone. After waiting about 15 mins, I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school. On the way I called VRBO support who got in touch with the owner/property manager who then texted me from a random 210 area code number. They also messaged me in VRBO chat with a new code. When I returned to the property after dinner with my daughter at approx 7:30 the second code did not work. I again messaged on the app. I sent a text to the 210 number and I attempted to call both the 931 number associated with the account on VRBO and the 210 number that has texted me earlier. Neither picked up. So I again had to call VRBO support who eventually connected me to someone working for the realty company. They gave me a 3rd code and explained how the codes are rotating after a small amount of time for "security" and that they required the guest to contact them if the code they were given wasn't working. I explained that I attempted to contact them multiple times and in multiple ways and I was not given a response in a timely fashion. Also, this place has a high cleaning fee. It wasn't that big of a house and it wasn't that clean. I don't recommend.
