I loved it! It's a beautiful, perfectly preserved 300-year-old house. My single room was very comfortable, bright, and had nice amenities. I enjoyed my tea comfortably seated by the window. The breakfast was delicious. Cristina was very kind. She sent clear information when I made the reservation and then the necessary information near the check-in date. Located within walking distance of all the attractions. I highly recommend it, and hope to return someday. Thank you so much, Cristina and the team.

We had such a lovely time here. Breakfast was delicious and our room was lovely. We stayed in room 2, the premium double bed. The room has 2 chairs which was larger than expected (but still quite cozy). The guest house was close to everything in Bath - especially the train station! Thanks to Christina for a wonderful experience!

Lovely room, we had an upgrade which was a bonus as it was a family room! It was beautifully decorated & huge! Christina was a lovely host & cooked a fabulous breakfast, hubby was very pleased with the extra bacon & sausages! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Great stay at the HGH

The Henry Guest House (HGH) was great. The location couldn't have been better. It was right at the heart of the town. Easy walk to major attractions, many restaurants and shopping. The HGH was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. The made to order breakfasts were wonderful and catered to your needs. I definitely recommend the HGH.

The Henry Guest House was the perfect place for me to stay in Bath. It was close to the train station and all the city sites. Christina was a fabulous host and made sure I had everything I needed. She also served me a wonderful English breakfast. I was very comfortable in my room. I highly recommend this B&B!

It was great for staying near the train station near the centre of town and you can walk almost anywhere. It’s an older building and that’s fine. It worked great for a business B&B the person who runs it and owns it was excellent. The food was great and I would definitely go back.

Comfortable stay

This is an old house so has very uneven floors and lots of narrow steep stairs. Ok for us but not for someone less mobile. Great location, just minutes from the station and town centre. We arrived early, the host was super friendly and let us check in early. The room was fairly big with two chairs. The mattress was clearly old as it had a massive dip but was surprisingly comfortable, pillows were good. Bedding and towels were clean. Shower was old but worked well. Overall a bit tired but all acceptable at a reasonable price. The host and staff were all great. The breakfast menu was disappointing, it said to ask for vegetarian options so we did, the option was to not order the bacon or sausage! The only additional item available was an avocado. It is really easy to keep a pack of veggie sausages in the freezer. It would be much better to not mention on the menu as this got our hopes up. There was a bowl of fruit salad on the table each morning, I’m not a fan of food sitting out waiting. Overall we had a lovely, comfortable stay. Cannot fault the location. It’s a traditional old b&b. We travelled by train, there was a car park opposite at £20 per day. Reasonably priced for the centre of Bath
