Definitely would stay here again. It’s not that long of a walk to the main boardwalk. Beautiful views and very convenient to have a large fridge, mini kitchen with appliances and toaster. It isn’t the most updated place and I wish the bathroom had more lights but honestly that was my only complaint

I was very pleased check in was friendly and the room they give me was with a view out this world I had no problems would go there again.
Hotel was very nice the room was clean and having a kitchen was so convenient. But the pans were aweful, everything stuck. Also the door to patio was so hard to open. The food was good at restaurant and the staff was really nice and the hotel overall was great!
Jyst one problem with balcony door. Very hard to open. The rest perfect.

Rodents in room (I have video tape of them running around the room)…lack of concern from certain front desk staff when reported. They stated that the hotel was fully booked and we couldn’t change rooms. Dirty wares drainer and cutlery holder, I had to run them through the dishwasher when I first checked it. Dusty room, broken balcony door lock, broken shower handle. No one cleaned the room because I failed to read the small prints that stated that I have to schedule room cleaning in advance. House keeping told me if I request cleaning on 9/9/21, I will get cleaning services on 9/13/21. They bought up linens and a vacuum cleaner. I had to dust, change linens, vacuum, clean the bathroom and empty and take out the trash myself (what a vacation). One guess was in a wheelchair so pulling up stakes and moving to another hotel was difficult.
Rodents in room and front desk staff lackadisal attitude when I reported it. Rooms were also dusty, ware drainer and cutlery tray were dirty.
The room was a great size. Plenty of storage space. Came back from the beach and needed to wash off the sand. The tub was clogged but maintenance arrived within 15mins of calling and the issue was promptly resolved. Parking can be tricky during night time. Only cons are that some pillows (not the case) were stained and there’s not much of a noise barrier from the other rooms.

Stay here !! I was very hesitant because it had mixed reviews. Our room was nice and clean. The pool was great, very close to the beach. A little further off from The boardwalk, but not a bad walk at all. staff was very friendly, check in and check out was completed in seconds. Housekeeping gave me a bit of trouble trouble when requesting add jot so blankets and pillows for the pull out couch which was frustration, but other than that everything was fine. Elevators are fine most parts of the day expect for around dinner time and of course around check out; you could be waiting a while. Our stay was great and would definitely book again.
Me and my kids love the indoor pool. They check your temperature before going inside the pool.
