Shower great, room clean. However the front desk receptionist that i spoke with Sunday morning around 630am was very unfriendly and rude. I was right outside the parking garage and didnt have my key to get out. I called the front desk (didnt see the help button at the time) she originally said someone was coming which i thought was unusual. I waited approximately 7 minutes and called back and her attitude was very rude. She eventually said to hit the help button (dont know why she didnt say that in the beginning) and hung up the phone. Again she was just unfriendly and rude

I loved the room, even though it needed updating. The additional space was a Godsend especially because we were there for a multi day wedding event at the four seasons. The staff at the hotel is excellent. After ordering, breakfast is slow. The room is very clean.

Service at check-in was excellent. The lobby area, bar, and restaurant are nice and the food we had there was good! Overall, good experience, great location, walking distance to several excellent restaurants and Piedmont Park. Very nice and safe area. I’d stay here again. These are minor improvements that could be made: the suites need updating, bathrooms are small, and decor is a bit tired. The hotel ran out of both valet parking spots and extra blankets. Yes, there was a large music festival in town so I understand the parking. Also, turned out the self parking was great and right under the hotel, so that was good! However, my kids could’ve used an extra blanket on their pull out sofa. They got by with a sheet and thin blanket, but an extra would’ve been more comfortable for them. Again, these are just minor improvements and the overall experience was good!
