Staff was very nice. Only issue I had was that I found a couple spots of blood on the comforter right where my face was. Didn’t notice it until I was checking out.

My check in experience was horrible. I requested an early check in because my partner and I were attending a funeral. The receptionist swore to us there was no room available. We went back to our vehicle on the super sunny parking lot and waited an hour. We then came back to see if a room had freed up so we could check in, and we were told no room was available yet. The most interesting thing is that the customers right behind us were able to check in early, as the receptionist told them there were a few rooms available. We then threatened to cancel our reservation, and finally the receptionist allowed us to check in early. That was a very distasteful experience for us.
The room is Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good

Southern hospitality is an existing notion in this hotel. Their friendly and helpful staff make the hotel a home far away from home. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. A must stay for your next trip at or near Greensboro.
The only negative we had was the funky smell throughout the floor we stayed on. Even the other guests were commenting on it.

Stayed with my grandchildren from 6/14-6/16 , hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice to have. The kids love the pool , I think it could use more house keeping on a every 2-4 hour basis but the hotel was quite filled with many children this weekend!
We were looking for a hotel with an indoor pool for our 7 & 4yo. Hotel was perfect for what we needed for a quick trip.

We have stayed at Comfort Suites Whitsett for two years while visiting our daughter at nearby Elon University. It is an ideal location for parents and is often full on special weekends. Rooms are clean, spacious and well-appointed; staff is friendly and accessible. We have already made a reservation for next year. Our only complaint is the breakfast buffet. For a hotel this nice, the breakfast could offer better, fresher food - no powdered eggs and stale muffins, please. Otherwise, it's great!
Once I arrived, my room was comfortable. But it took at least 1/2 hour to find the entrance--from ~2:00am to 2:30am. At that hour, a runaround of U-turns is no joke. At Exit 135 off I-40/85, the hotel is visible on the left. Rock Creek Dairy Farm Rd leads from the exit to a T intersection. A solid concrete median strip guards the cross road against left turns from the gas station on the right, from the CVS Pharmacy on the left, and from the road I was on. Forced into a right turn, I drove ~1/2 mile the wrong way to make a U-turn. Coming back, I drove about two miles past Rock Creek Dairy Farm Rd and the median barrier. No sign of a way into the hotel. Another U-turn back to the first U-turn began a long search. I drove around, making U-turns until, as a last resort, I drove into the CVS lot to sleep the rest of the night in my car. There was another wide, dark driveway. I drove into it and--AT LAST!--saw the hotel entrance. I told the desk clerk how hard it was to find the entrance. He responded helpfully, "Everybody else found the driveway. It's right there behind the CVS." Maybe "Everyone Else" came by daylight? Maybe Comfort Inns could afford a lit *SIGN* or two? Maybe the night auditor could afford a drop of sympathy or two ... perhaps a muttered "I'm sorry you had trouble"?
