Nice hotel but everything is very expensive. They should have locals get a discount pricing. Not fun when you can't even eat in the hotel restaurant. $23 for pancakes??? Valet parking only at $45/night OH but its a heated garage.....

Expensive but worth the price; room had a lovely fireplace and a large, deep tub; only con is the parking (only valet is available and it is $25/day); there is no continental breakfast but they do have wine tasting in the afternoon and smores by the firepit

My wife and I decided to head up to Whistler to celebrate her birthday and booked our room via the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts program... and it was fantastic! The room cost the same as other travel sites but included several outstanding perks such as a room upgrade, $100 spa credit, and breakfast each day for two. When we checked in the gentleman helping me informed me that with the Fine Hotels program, we were upgraded to a wonderful 1BR suite which was HUGE. The room really was fantastic and gave us so much space to kick back and relax for the weekend. My wife took advantage of the spa credit and had a wonderful massage and talked about how friendly the entire spa staff was. The spa was under renovation at the time so a local residence/unit was used... it was different but still very classy. For our free breakfasts, we could either take the breakfast buffet (only available on weekends I think) or the equivalent cost on the a la carte menu. I will say that the word "buffet" doesn't usually get associated with quality but this buffet was incredible (and pricey at $39pp). Made to order omelettes, smoked salmon benedicts, several varieties of sausage, cheese and meat platters, several smoked fishes, fancy power bowls and yogurts... amazing. Expensive if paid for but definitely high quality to warrant the cost. We also ordered room service one evening and while the food was decent, it didn't compare to the food served in the restaurant (Sidecut) but for the convenience, it served it's purpose. I wish I could've remembered the names of the staff we encountered because it was such stellar service. But because there were so many great encounters, it would've been hard to remember them all anyways, lol. We had such a great time at the resort that we'll definitely stay there again, especially if they're part of the Fine Hotels program. One thing to note is that it is a bit of a trek from the village since it's on the far side of the Upper Village. It's about a 15 minute walk which wouldn't normally be an issue but it was crazy cold that weekend and walking back after dinner in 17 degree temps was a bit difficult but worth it for this hotel. We can't wait to go back!!

There is a certain level of experience one can count on when staying at the Four Seasons. This stay did not disappoint. Very satisfied with all the aspects of the stay; from the staff, the meals, facilities, etc... Only downside was the construction area in the SPA section, which was a very minor inconvenience. Highly recommended.

Husband, son, and I stayed here for a cubing event. Everything was fabulous. All customer service situations were great. The valet was knowledgeable. The front desk was lovely. The cafe was terrific. Our room was very comfortable. It was clean, quiet, and warm. The room where our event was in was awesome. This establishment made us want to come back again!

My partner and I had a truly amazing stay. We were treated like royalty. The room, service, lounge, daily wine tasting, nightly turn down service...everything was so incredible. We will definitely be back.

This hotel has it all together! From the moment you are greeted, to the moment you open the door to your room and all points in between, everything is top notch! Pool and Hot tubs were great with fantastic heated towels!!

Service was very attentive from all the staff. From front desk to room service to sidecut dining staff. The hotel room was very spacious and came with a balcony. But I noticed it is dated..starting to show the wear and tear. But housekeeping does a great job, the bedding was very clean and the bathroom well organized. I loved the outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzis. Enjoyed a very nice night swim and really appreciated the heated towels! We dined at sidecut and tried out the 3 course prix fixe. It was really good value and delicious (pork belly entree). Our server was friendly and wished me happy birthday. A slight disappointment, no birthday greeting on the dessert or candle. This is the first time at a fine dining restaurant to experience this. A bit surprised. But it was good overall. I would still come back again to stay and dine. P.S: Parking is complimentary about 10 minutes walk away.

Four Season Hotels are my go to place whether it's for business or leisure. The service is unbeatable all around. I get to fully enjoy the top luxuries experience. I never have to think about what to expect. It makes travelling an unforgetable experience.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was great, very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Location of the hotel is perfect, close to the village yet far enough for the seclusion. I would highly recommend this hotel.
