Four Seasons Resort Whistler

I had some credit card points, so I decided to splash out on a night at the Four Seasons as we started our Great Canadian Rocky Adventure. Service here was outstanding, and the room was spacious, well appointed, and cozy. The bathroom toiletries being L'Occitaine was a pleasant surprise. We made use of the pool and hottub since it was unseasonably hot, and later grabbed some late bites at the bar. My only nitpick was the $40 valet charge. Really? You could park in a lot that was a decent walk away that was cheaper, but after fighting Labor Day traffic, that's the last thing we wanted to deal with.

love spending staycation here. This place is just the best - summer or winter! . love bringing my road bike during summers or running the trails or just chilling at the pool, great place for a quick get way from hustle and bustle of Vancouver

We had a fantastic birthday getaway. The room was way beyond what we were expecting. The furnishings and finishings were top notch and that made a very comfortable and welcoming stay. We will definitely be back!

We did a long ski weekend at the Whistler/the Four Season's (feb 9-11, 2018, two adults). This was our first trip to the mountain, staying at the FS was perfect and we will be back. The staff at the FS are outstanding -- always pleasant, professional and prompt. Check-in was quick and easy. We rented all of our ski equipment through the hotel, so we were fitted on site the evening of check-in. I was impressed with how the staff had all of our details/paper work ready to go (we were in and out quickly and off to dinner). The ski concierge is awesome and very convenient. We were in and out of the ski concierge with equipment, lift tickets and recommended ski area's quickly and efficiently. Again, kudos to the staff managing logistics professionally and quickly. Our room was a 2nd floor king, with balcony. Large and recently renovated bathroom. The king bed and linens were high quality and very comfy. Overall the room was what I would expect from a FS. We ordered breakfast via room service both days: Service was on time and exactly what we had requested. The on-site restaurant: Sidecar has a good/upscale energy and good food offerings. There are numerous hot-tubs and the hot-tub/pool area is large, so didnt feel at all crowded when we used. We did not make use of the spa. Overall a typical FS offering, what sets this resort apart is the very well managed ski logistics. All that is required of a guest is to show-up, the FS takes care of everything else efficiently (no waiting around), professionally and with a very friendly demeanor. These guys have their eye focused on the smallest details and it shows in their smooth operation. We will be back and will be staying at the FS.

Another fantastic stay, from the up front help, to our arrival, throughout our stay, right up to our departure. Their aim is the exceed your expectations, for me they achieve this more often than not. The concierge were great, helping us book a few choice restaurants before we arrived. The check-in and welcome was warm and genuine. We were directed to the shop downstairs to fill out the forms to speed our ski collection the next morning - a real help. Our room was spacious, warm, comfortable, well presented and cleaned during our stay. The ski concierge are excellent, fun, friendly, helpful, organised. Helping sort, swap and service our skis - if you ski or board they are a real gem. The spa, bar, evening wine and activities gave the opportunity to broaden our holiday experience. One afternoon, my wife was waiting for the bus to go to Whistler, she’d put her back out and was really suffering. One of the front desk offered to drive her to meet her friend in one of the town cars - they were really sensitive to her situation and it was a fantastic gesture. Exceeded our expectations - totally

With a family of 4, Four Seasons was perfect. The pool was daily must! Staff always went out of there way to make sure we were always taken care of. Will always come back for more fun, skiing, swimming, biking...

Great location! Close to Whistler Village. The bellman will truly go above and beyond in all levels of customer service, friendliness and being courteous. The shuttle is great and convenient. But the bellman will also take you where you need to go by the hotel car. Excellent conference facilities. Nice relaxing atmosphere at night in the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Perfect way to end the day. Always got a good night sleep with the bed & pillows...it was like sleeping on clouds! The hotel has an overall feel of making you feel at home and curling up cozy by the fireside. The customer service at the front desk could use some improvement.

I was there for both business and pleasure and it was perfect for both situations. I would definitely return and enjoyed the trip very much. The staff were friendly, timely and knowledgeable. The guest rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Recently enjoyed an amazing stay at the FS Whistler. Beautiful property with super friendly and helpful service. Spa, gym and pool facilites are 5 star. Ski concierge also incredibly helpful. Will be back asap!

Great service around the pool, spa and ski concierge! Wonderful friendly staff. They will assist with taking boots on and off (being a old discipline skier I declined, but it was nice to have the offer!), the hot chocolate and cookie was a nice touch. Very spacious rooms.
