The Space:

Soft snow muffles the world outside as you step onto the balcony, the scent of pine and mountain air filling each breath. Inside, the glow of the gas fireplace reflects off vaulted ceilings and tall windows, creating a warm refuge after a day on the slopes. This townhouse offers comfort and quiet amid Whistler’s winter landscape, perfectly placed near the Upper Village and Blackcomb Mountain.



Living spaces

Gather in the bright open living area framed by forest views. The L-shaped sofa faces a double-sided gas fireplace, while a cozy reading nook with two armchairs invites you to unwind with a book. Large windows fill the space with daylight, and a balcony provides a serene spot to enjoy the crisp air and snow-covered trees.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for casual coffee breaks. After a day on the mountain, share a meal at the dining table for six or make use of the adjoining mudroom, complete with storage and a boot dryer for gear.



Sleeping arrangements

The lower level hosts the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed and nearby bath with a deep tub and shower combination. Upstairs, the third bedroom includes a tri-bunk (double and single) and beanbag chairs, along with an adjacent bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.



Amenities & comforts

Enjoy high-speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, and laundry with detergent provided. Stay warm with heating and the indoor fireplace, or use portable fans in warmer months. Secure underground parking accommodates two vehicles. Guests also have access to a shared hot tub within the complex, ideal for relaxing tired muscles after skiing or snowboarding.

A private balcony and lower-level patio bring the forest close, furnished for quiet moments with a view. A BBQ grill is available for year-round use, and outdoor furniture provides space for fresh-air relaxation.

Located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, Snowbird offers a peaceful wooded setting steps from the Upper Village and the slopes. Lost Lake’s trails and scenic winter paths are within walking distance, while the free shuttle connects easily to both Whistler and Blackcomb Villages.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Free shuttle to the village: Turn left onto Painted Cliff Road, the bus stop will be on the right going uphill



Other Things to Note:

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
