The Space:

Soft morning light filters through tall evergreens as you step onto the balcony, the scent of fresh snowfall drifting in from the surrounding forest. Inside, the warmth of the fireplace invites you to settle in before heading toward Whistler's winter terrain. After a day on the mountain, return to a peaceful townhouse designed for quiet evenings and unhurried moments.



Living spaces

The main living area brings in natural light through oversized windows and vaulted ceilings, offering a bright, open place to unwind. An L-shaped sofa sits beside a double-sided gas fireplace, creating a comfortable spot to warm up after time in the snow. A cozy reading nook with two armchairs provides another quiet corner, while the balcony offers forested views that feel especially serene during winter months.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen includes stainless appliances and granite countertops, giving you everything needed to prepare meals between ski days. A breakfast bar makes space for easy mornings, and the dining table seats six for shared dinners. The adjoining mudroom includes benches, storage space, and a boot dryer, making it simple to transition in and out of your winter gear.



Sleeping arrangements

The lower-level primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity. Nearby, the second bedroom includes a king-split bed with access to the patio and a bathroom offering a deep bathtub and shower combination. Upstairs on the main level, a third bedroom with a tri-bunk (double and single) and two large beanbag chairs sits beside a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.



Amenities & comforts

You will have laundry, heating, an indoor fireplace, and high-speed wifi, along with a dedicated workspace if you need to stay connected. Towels, bed linens, and bathroom essentials are provided throughout. A shared hot tub within the complex offers a welcome way to relax after a day on the slopes. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowbird is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, a quiet, wooded area just above the Upper Village. In winter, guests enjoy easy access to Blackcomb Mountain’s ski slopes via nearby trails. In summer, it’s a short walk to Lost Lake Park—perfect for swimming, biking, and hiking—and the Valley Trail, which connects to Whistler Village and beyond. This location offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to Whistler’s best outdoor experiences.

• Hot tub hours. The Snowbird complex shared hot tub is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
