Experience the luxury of a true ski-in, ski-out location. The building, pools and hot tub are located directly beside the ski slopes on Blackcomb mountain. Ski right to the lift in the morning and right home at the end of the day. With access to a year-round outdoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs, this unit is desirable in both summer and winter and a short 10-minute walk to the base of Blackcomb (seconds to ski), or a quick shuttle ride into the Village. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the winter and enjoy the cool patio in the summer.

The Aspens are located in a prime location slope side on Blackcomb mountain. It’s walking distance to both the Upper Village (3 mins), Main Village (8 mins) and as well as the Fairmont Chateau Golf Course (12 mins) and Lost Lake (15 minutes). Walk, ski, bike or take the free shuttle from the lobby.

The Aspens Strata bylaws, and our house rules, do not allow bikes, skis, snowboards, and similar sports equipment to be brought in the unit. The Aspens provides complimentary ski/snowboard valet service and a bike cage in the garage for storing bikes.

Great convenient spot!

Perfect for our group of 6 - just the right amount of space. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Boards or skis are not allowed in rooms, but there is a complimentary valet service to check them in before turning in. Blackcomb slope is just outside the lodge, with maybe a 100 yard ski down to the base and Blackcomb gondola.

This “home away from home”is very tastefully decorated and extremely well stocked. Excellent throughout. The location of the unit is quiet, and looks out onto lovely trees. Leo & Sophie went above & beyond to make our stay so enjoyable.

Family weekend get away

We were very happy with the condo and had a great time. The kitchen was very well equipped which we really appreciated. The unit was very clean and very nice. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. We also enjoyed the bbq and outdoor table and chairs.

Enjoyable stay in Whistler upper village

Our family had a wonderful 3-night stay at Aspens 419 in July 2022. The unit was exactly as described and the location was perfect for our needs (easy hike down to the gondola and a short walk to the main village). The outdoor pool and hot tubs were a definite plus. Overview

They were very welcoming when we were checking in but after coming in, we needed more towels, soap, and the kettle wasn’t working. When contacting to ask for help, no one responded and we were ignored. Otherwise, the location is amazing. The apartment doesn’t have much of a view but it’s very close to the village. It was also very complete and clean.

Best location for skiing

The Aspen is by far the best property to stay at if you are looking for ski in ski out... all units are individually owned, hence some will be renovated while others will be tired. This particular unit was clean and functional. Although there was just 3 of us staying in the unit, having then2 bedrooms was appreciated. I would go back in a hearhbeat. Highly recommended.

Located on a quiet side of the building on the top floor, this condo is comfortable and convenient to skiing and WB villages. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. I would like to stay there again.

awesome!

We were there during Crankworx...an incredibily busy time of the summer season. Located close to the Fairmont, we were close enough to the action, but minus the noise and crowds. Place is very clean and tidy, and communication with the owners was quick and prompt. We had a great time hiking around Lost Lake (watch out for the migrating frogs) and along the trails up after the gondola rides. We would love to stay there again!

Great location!

This property is as advertised. Clean, convenient and hosts are accessible. Beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped, loved that there are lots of dishes so you never ran out before running dishwasher. But please note it is really a one person kitchen! Bike rental on site. Pool, hot tubs great. Pool towels at front desk. Check out is at 11 but if you don’t have to rush off you can get a pool pass and towels for the afternoon. Underground parking $17/day or free out on the street if available. Would rent again.

Perfect location!

This is our first time to visit Blackcomb Whistler and we will definitely come back and stay in the condo. It was the perfect location, ski in ski out, a 2 min walk to the Blackcomb base, and a very close 10 min walk to the Whistler base. Having the ski rental place in the complex was very convenient. We switched our boards for skis so we were in there a few times and never had to wait. The ski valet was great too! We also thought the beds were super comfy and slept really good the entire week. The owners are very easy to work with and accommodating! I highly recommend this unit!

First of all, communication with the owners was very easy and answers to our questions were quickly answered. We found this property very clean and comfortable. It was very well fitted out and did not want for anything. We stayed for two weeks and during that time, the linen and towels were replaced twice. Also, the apartment was cleaned at the same time. All this at no extra cost. We were very impressed with that. The location is perfect for ski in/out. All in all, it was perfect for us. We plan to stay at this property again. Great location and property

This unit was very nice. The upgraded materials and living furnishings were much nicer than the unit our friends rented at the same property. The unit faces a beautiful wooded area and is a quiet location. There were a couple kids sleds on the deck which was a great surprise, and you can't beat the location for skiing in/out of Blackcomb. There was also a welcome package which was an extremely nice touch. The only reason we give this unit 4 stars instead of 5 is the master bed mattress isn't as nice as a standard hotel mattress. We would have slept much better if the mattress was updated.
