The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. But the refrigerator was incredibly loud, as was the air conditioner. And when the guests in the room above us walked across their room, it sounded as though they were in the room with us.

They didn't charge extra for parking a car! It was convenient to everything except the airport. I needed to stay near Vanderbilt but also to be near a quick n'off the expressway to go to places like shopping or tourist stuff. And this fit the bill! My one issue was ICE! Yes we had a fridge with an ice tray but that requires 24 for the ice to freeze! The disability bathroom was fantastic. I also complained about a drape issue and no one fixed it during my stay. Also the air condition unit made noise on the second night that would prevent sleep. Unfortunately I had GI upset from bad food so I was up anyway!

It was nice because it was near Vanderbilt but the sound of heater was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep.

Parking was easy and convenient. Linens and beddings have strong odor. It was hard to fall asleep with the smell.

This property was wonderful! Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Staff super friendly! Will stay here again!

Would be the last choice for our next visit to Nashvill.

I appreciated that parking was included with this property, as that has been difficult to find in the Nashville area without an additional fee. However, the room was haphazardly cleaned. Excrement on the toilet seat, hairs in the bathroom, multiple hairs and dirt in the sheets, dirt on the floors, very quickly wiped kitchen counter top, unkempt bed, pieces of garbage outside the room and littered down the hallway, and when I arrived the window was wide open with the room being about 40 degrees. I requested to change rooms. This room was mildly better with cleanliness, but still not great. Poorly wiped counters and appliances. Old food was in the refrigerator. I purchased clorox wipes and cleaned myself. Noisy room. In the morning (at 4:15am), after 20 minutes the shower was still barely luke warm and I was shivering. When I returned back to the hotel after work, the elevator was not functioning so I had to hike to the 4th floor, only to find that my key card had been turned off. I requested to check out a day early after I had not slept the prior night and was told I would be charged an additional $266 dollars early check out fee. Thankfully the front desk employee was kind enough to waive this fee. But after a very unsatisfactory stay for almost $500 for essentially one night, I would not recommend this location nor will I be returning.

Nice hotel on a good area. Staff was very friendly and pleasant to interact with. The room had a little bit of a cat urine smell but this is a pet friendly hotel and some smells are to be expected.

Location to downtown, proximity to dining.ease of access.

Helpful staff and good proximity to Downtown. Continental breakfast is a joke compared to other properties/hotel brands at similar price point.

Very nice facility, but lacking a few amenities that I thought were standard. Breakfast consisted of coffee, muffins, and oatmeal packages only. No orange juice, fruit, milk, cereal, eggs, etc. There are no ice machines. The kitchens have no plates, flatware, and other common household items typically found in other Extended Stays. The sounds of traffic from the busy streets are easily heard within the rooms. Shower is nice, but water pressure left me wondering if it was enough to rinse off soap and shampoo. It was, but still prefer a booster pump to increase pressure.

Great check in very pleasant staff. Thanks for everything!

The room was clean and well kept and at check-in, the woman at the counter was attentive and friendly. However, that was the last we would see if any staff member until checkout. The remote for the TV was broken and we tried to contact the desk to get a replacement or batteries and there was no one there.

Outside was very nicely landscaped and clean! The staff was very accommodating with anything that I needed and very friendly and kind. I was so happy to know that ONLY when needed to have bedding sheets changed and towels, if I needed these services. Although once a week changes are what we normally do in our own homes!! And hats off to your hotels and great to know you provide these services only when needed!😊 Thank you ☺️! Pamela S Sipe

Dear Rex, Thank you for taking the time to evaluate your stay. We are pleased you liked our clean suites and appreciate your kind words regarding our staff. However, we regret the interference caused by the noise concerns coming from the refrigerator, AC, and some inconsiderate guests. While we know this does not change what transpired, we will share your concerns with the appropriate teams to inspect your suite for any lacking aspects and ensure our future guests do not encounter the same issues. We hope you will allow us to welcome you back and show you a more fulfilling stay next time you return to our area.Sincerely,Hotel Management

We have checklists in place to inspect every suite after it has been serviced. Unfortunately, we missed something during this process, and for that we sincerely apologize. We are working with our Housekeeping team to reiterate the importance of our daily checklists to make sure this isn't repeated. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide a better experience on your next stay. Thank you.   Sincerely, Hotel Management
