We stayed 3 nights at this hotel while visiting Victoria. It was the second time we stayed at the Accent Inn Chain, first in Vancouver - and pleased that we choose them. Actually will be using this chain in Kamloops as well. Cozy, comfortable and clean; although the room we had was a little dark as it was pretty close to the stairwell which cut off the daylight. We were still comfortable. The staff were fabulous - front desk, housekeeping whoever you came across were pleasant and friendly. Have to give a shout out to Laurie at the front desk she was great. We had some issues with our car and she extended our check out time and if that didn't come about put a hold on the room for another night. It helped as the car was ready at 1pm. Breakfast was the usual continental but good. Also dog friendly which is great.

Most staff were friendly, and check-in was straightforward. Other guests were loud early in the morning, which isn't really the hotel's fault but was a downside to the Accent Inn. Plenty of room options and kitchenettes are well-equipped. The rooms could use a deep-cleaning, but overall it seems like the motel is trying. Seems to be a busy place, it's a good value and great location if you're heading to the ferry or to HWY 1.

Stayed here 3 nights in May 2017. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. We enjoyed a mini-kitchenette located on the third floor backside of the building. Great Wi-Fi service. Complimentary breakfast was just as good as home ... none of us went hungry and had accommodating hours (6:00 to 10:00 am) for those of us who wanted to sleep in a little bit. An excellent selection of complimentary newspapers daily. Staff was always friendly and went that extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Thought that the "free" on-site bike rentals were a unique idea; however, never had a chance to take advantage of it. Mayfair Mall is a 1 block walk up the street. This mall has a variety of shops and a nice food court. Red Robin is just across the street from the Mall along with many other restaurants within walking distance. Downtown/Harbour section of the city is an approximate 15 minute car ride. Room price was just right and included free parking. We will be back the next time we visit Victoria!

Have stayed here several times and as usual the staff are marvelous, and the rooms usually value for the money. So it was on days leading up to the long weekend, and then they boosted the price 70% for Friday and Saturday. Probably the same on Sunday. This was probably a decision by someone in central office but that decision has cost me any future desire to use this hotel. A supply/demand increase ok, but 70%?

We stayed here on our first night. Hotel is close to the airport. The hotel beds are good and clean. Bathroom is small but good enough and clean. Hotel has a lot of other facilities but we did not use any. Good for the first night

We stayed at the Accent Inn in another city and were satisfied, so we tried again. I must say that it's always clean and comfortable with central locations. Most importantly, they have pet free rooms and for us, it's paramount. Nothing wrong with this chain as it offers good value for the price range.

We just got back from staying here with my son's baseball team and I have to say it was such a fun trip! First of all, Patty, as the first person we dealt with, I knew it was going to be great!! You went out of your way and we really appreciated it, and the laughs, well....bonus Thank You! The room was nice and big and super clean, great job Jing!! The breakfast room was busy, I think there were at least 2 other teams there all at the same time and everything was fully stocked the whole time! Great service always sticks with me, if we come back to Victoria for more games, you have our booking! Thanks for the fun!

Although a little out of town this hotel is worth the slight inconvenience. Pleasant efficient staff with great knowledge of tours, places to see & where to eat nearby. All enquiries were capably addressed & always with good humour. This attitude seemed to extend from front desk management to cleaning staff - well done! And as for the rubber duckie in the bathroom......

This inn is very good value, situated just north of the downtown area. Easy to travel in and out of Victoria. Close to shopping and restaurants. Clean, adequate breakfast - would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway to Victoria for a tournament. The hotel was booked through a group booking with no personal option of where we were staying. We had not heard of this hotel before the booking. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The reception area was clean and the employee that greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The room was located on the second floor and was clean and quite large. There is a basic breakfast available off of the reception area every morning. Nothing fancy but very adequate to start off your day. The offerings did not change for the 6 days we were there. The hotel is right off one of Victoria’s main arteries which made it an ideal location to get almost anywhere. That being said, our room faced the roadway and the only issue we had was that at night the road noise can be heard in the room – multiple emergency vehicles throughout the night. The AC fan in the room muted most of the noise after the first night. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations, the hotel staff , and the location. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Victoria.
