Clean rooms, sympathetic and helpful staff, easy access, affordable fare and a complete and tasteful breakfast make this an excellent choise in Victoria-BC, Vancouver Island. Not distant from downtown, it has many different options for shopping in its vicinity. It takes a 10 min car ride to the beautiful old fashion buildings coty center of Victoria.
Our men's hockey group always stays here when we come to Victoria for tournaments. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and there is a buffet breakfast included, all at a fair price.
The accommodations were warm and friendly and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and peaceful. Special thanks to Zeynep and Ken who were first class hosts. Our beds were comfortable and I had access to a bike for a great 25 km ride into Victoria and the Legislature and inner harbour and Beacon Hill Park.
Hands down worst hotel experience. A loud thump in the wall the happens every five minutes all night long, so bad to the point that we were forced to pack up and checked out at 4:00am. On a positive note the woman at the front desk was very helpful and assisted us in finding another place to stay.
When visiting Victoria, I always stay at the Accent Inn. Their room rates are excellent, breakfast buffet is varied and adequate, hotel is conveniently located near shopping centres, restaurants and major highways. Very friendly staff. And, we got to keep the cute rubber ducky that is displayed in every bathroom!
This Inn is a perfect fit. Needed to spend a night in Victoria prior to catching a flight. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and a shuttle to the airport was available. Friendly staff and the price was right.
Our company has been staying at this small hotel chain for 7 years plus and always enjoy coming back. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Parking for larger commercial vehicles is ample and security is good. Love this place and its people !!
We stayed at your hotel 17,18 & 19 Jan as I had a medical procedure to be performed at the Jubilee and your hotel was in a great location for getting to the hospital. On arrival was immediately greeted by one of your front desk clerks Laurie, she is an asset to your company, friendly and professional and had us checked in very quickly. On check out Laurie was again desk clerk on duty same swift service. When we were there several sports teams were also there (high School) and there was no noise that we could hear from our room, On the second morning we went to the breakfast and arrived just before the sports team. The two ladies working the breakfast room worked very hard to get the team and other customers fed in a very efficient manner. Our room was clean and in good repair. My observation is that this hotel is very well run and cares about its customers.
We have stayed before at the Accent Inn Victoria and found it to be a nice place, friendly staff, clean, and convenient to what we are doing there. We also travel with a dog and there was no issues before. The lower rooms are set up for dogs because they have lino floors and no carpets which makes perfect sense. I was surprised to learn on my arrival that they had a rule that you were not allowed to leave the pet alone in the room at anytime. That surprised me because we had some plans that we would need to leave the dog for a few hours in the room. We had his kennel and he would be fine. He is not a barker. I would have liked to have known the new rules when I booked my pet room but the staff never informed me. I would have changed my hotel because we didn't want to leave the dog in the vehicle while we were dinning or visiting for Christmas. I understand the rules because others have probably left their pets and they have caused issues for other guests. This is the first hotel I've ever seen this rule. Next time we come to Victoria with our pet we will try another hotel first. We had to adjust our visits and time we spent at certain places because our dog had to be left in the vehicle. If you don't have a pet or you don't mind having it with you all during your visit to Victoria then this is the place to stay. And we will stay there again if we don't have the dog because it is a nice place.
We have been to the hotel 5 times and every time the rooms have not been ready on time. Rooms have been ready around 5pm in some cases. Bad customer service at front desk. Overall bad experience. Won’t be coming back.
