I booked the multi-room suite, which was spacious and well-maintained. However, I was not informed that the suite was located near Ventura Hwy 101 and the train tracks. The constant noise from highway traffic and passing trains, including frequent horns, made it challenging to sleep. I ultimately had to move to the quieter room within the suite. Additionally, the air conditioning emitted an odor resembling urine, which was unpleasant. That said, I do want to note that the property overall, as well as the suite, was very clean.

We had a hard time finding a simple cup of ice. Also no lotion in the room, instead had one small container of conditioner beside the sink while there was already conditioner in the shower…seemed random. Mold in areas of the shower, and it leaked out if a seam onto the bathroom floor soaking the mat.

Clean and spacious

Amazing room, clean and spacious, the beds were made each day, free coffee maker and refrigerator. The self service washing machine and dryer was very useful. The hotel was well situated for East Main Street, Botanical Gardens and the beaches. There were parking spaces. The morning breakfastsvwere tasty.
