It was right on the beach which was great however it was very dirty and outdated. The carpet in the room and throughout the inn were so stained, we didn't want to walk on them barefoot and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the place originally opened. It looked like a crime scene throughout.

for this hotel it is all about the location, it is right on the beach. The view is great, the rooms have balconies with tables and chairs, you can sit and watch the waves, the people, the sunset. My room had a great shower, looked like it had been updated not too long ago. The bed was comfortable, there was a gas fireplace in the room. The room and the hotel are older and it shows the wear. The service was good. If you sit on the balcony watch out for the seagulls, they swarm the balcony looking for handouts. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I was on the third floor so no noise from a room above me, but i could see where that might be an issue on lower floors.

supposedly a beach front property but there were folks sitting outside right out of the basement apartment making us feel unsafe - maybe hotel staff or guests but at 1:00 AM did not really inspire confidence

Super adorable vintage hotel right on the water. lots of options to eat nearby in walking distance. You can run right to the pier. Antique furniture in the rooms. each room has different furniture and flooring. balcony is amazing. Staff is very friendly courteous and sweet.

Young guy Oscar has horrible customer service at front desk. There is a wrench to turn on the shower for $150 a night never seen that.

I loved that our room overlooked the ocean. There was a little shabiness. The screen door didn't fit great in it's tracks, the room was too hot and there didn't seem to be a way to cool it down and a part of the porch eave was broken off. The room itself was very comfortable and pleasing to look at.

It needs a lot of sprucing up. It was probably very nice 30 years ago. The location is fantastic.

It is on the beach and has great balconies and patios.

The location is amazing. The hotel is dirty and had no hot water during our entire stay.

The location on the peach is perfect the outside of the property very nice the inside need some remodeling otherwise very nice place

It was "ok" but not if you stay on the first floor..be sure to request a private balcony cause if you dont., It's not worth the stay.

Room is right on the water. Clean for being an older building.

Lots of character, with few amenities...but the fireplace was Cozy, the ocean glorious, and the bed was comfortable. Well worth the tradeoff, and the staff was very friendly. Very unique.
