We had a wonderful time. Felt very secure in a friendly neighborhood. Short walk to the ocean. Living/common area was very comfortable and spacious, back yard covered area was fun to just set and visit. The property was clean and well stocked with eating utensils. I would for sure stay again or recommend.Thank you for creating a great memory

We were disappointed with this property for how much we paid honestly. The hot tub was selling point for us and it was cold and only after the maintenance person came, didn’t heat up enough to use until the day before we left. The Wi-Fi hardly worked. Sunny Days staff was very responsive and offered to send someone out to look at it, but we know Wi-Fi, and sometimes it worked fine, most of the time not. We were not supplied enough laundry soap dish soap, or trash bags for the length of our stay. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this was not worth paying over 4k for 6 days:/

Beach Bliss

The home was beautiful and clean. Location is ideal. The floorplan can be problematic as it has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining and one bath downstairs where you enter. Primary bedroom, living room and two baths upstairs. There is no no comfortable seating downstairs, you have to sit at the dining room table or in the kitchen, or go upstairs. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.
