One thing I would change is give customers a free breakfast. $20 bucks a person is outrageous. And give customers coffee CREAMER why only milk and oatmilk?? And for God's sake put in your own laundry machines for customers to use so they don't have to walk forever to the hotel next store to do their laundry. Come on now!

Hotel is tired and old. Poor management is obviously affecting quality of service. Bar and restaurant are rarely open. Hotel needs a major renovation!!!!!

Not a safe neighborhood. We had two $9,000 bike stolen from a cable locked bike rack…..in their parking lot. Not sure if they have any security. It is a very open lot in their front yard. I was surprised they charged us $25 to park. Insult to injury. They also need new mattresses.

Small things made the trip less enjoyable - the bathroom door was hard to open/close and the lock didn’t work, the front door was so loud and disturbing when we opened it and when our neighbors opened it, the large towels in the bathroom were too small and thin for comfort, and we could hear walking our upstairs neighbors walk around more than usual. Overall, we could feel how old the place was.

The rooms and property are somewhat tired. We did have a view to the marina beyond a parking lot and it would have been a nice to walk around it, if we'd had the time. It was adequate for a one-night stay.

I paid in advance for a kingbed room type and I was given two doubles. the staff was very rude when I complained and essentially said that it was my mistake to book through a third party rather than direct. No remedy was offered except to cancel my reservation. You also have to pay for parking. Unpleasant stay.
