Manager lacks empathy

Rather than accept payment over the phone for a stay extension, the manager preferred that I lose 3 hours of pay and drive 100 miles roundtrip. I am impressed with his lack of empathy and flexibility.

An OK place to stay. Access to the upstairs is kind of wonky and for us older folks, less than ideal. No luggage caddy, nor a place to open and keep a suitcase available.

The room was a little tired and roughed up, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk was polite, friendly and helpfulI. I wish I had remembered to bring my own pillow.
