I searched this property with filters to include breakfast and a pool. Come to find out, it doesn't actually have a pool. The front desk said they've put in a request to fix the website, but they haven't. I also had to request a crib 4 times before they actually brought one to the room. Besides those things the property was nice, staff was friendly, and the location is awesome.

I was there 3 nights, in and out all day with my dog. At checkout they hit me with, we charge for pets and the side you were on doesn't allow pets. They should of said that when i checked in. And parking is $12/night. Not valet parking, self parking. Why do we have to pay for self parking if where paying to stay at the hotel. Front desk lady was super rude too.

The staff: from reception to breakfast attendant to housekeeping were the kindest, efficient and caring people. it really helped during the pandemic.

The room was nice and we had a view of the harbor outside our window. There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like and this is Michael not Terrie. Although she is my better half

Great customer service. The staff at check in was very very pleasant. Smiling and helpful i am hard of hearing and they made accomodations. Helped me find me suite and went above and beyond

It wasn’t as charming as it appeared in pictures but was not a bad stay. The harbor view was nice and made the constant sound of running water worth it. Would stay here again as a quick spot to rest for the night but not as a weekend getaway. Overall, it was an okay experience :)

Very nice and big bathrooms and beds. Beds have 4 large and plush pillows.

After we checked out of the hotel I got an alert that $24.00 was charged to my card. I called and was told that the $24 was for 2 days parking. I told the person I was speaking to that no one told me that there was a charge for parking. Her reply was, well you signed the parking pass and it states on the pass how much parking is which it does. The problem is that I was never verbally told about the parking fee. They explained about the $50 hold they put on my card but nothing about having to pay $12 a day for parking in an unsecured lot that anyone can drive or walk into. Won’t be staying there again!

Everything was pretty good except the bathroom didn’t have any shower gel or shampoo.

The facility was under construction so there was dust and unsightly work fields just outside the room to the door. You have to pay $12 to park in their parking lot! The pet fee is $75, which is ridiculous, then the staff warned if we left any dogs in our car the harbor security would fine us with a ticket. As far as I know, it's not illegal to have a pet in your car. The breakfast was surprisingly decent for a cheap 'xpress' spot, but paying for parking seems absolutely insane for a hotel; were we supposed to get airlifted in? Is parking not written into the business plan? Kind of expected showers to be charged seperately, too. Pretty disappointing.

The room was nothing special and was much pricier than hotels close by. Refrigerator did not work, although was replaced the next day-with one that did not match any other appliances in the room. No smoking area out of the rain. Only really positive comment is 1 front desk staff was outstanding.

In general all is good! The pool is too far. The breakfast is Ok. Harbor view makes your day.

Enjoyable stay in a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Then a nice breakfast to start our day off the next day. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was satisfactory for the one night that i stayed there.

Love the location and the hotel was comfortable and accommodating especially for the price!

If there was a pool that would be perfect. I wanted to swim and when I arrived I found there is no pool. Kinda disappointed
