I paid for three adults and they only provide towels, soap and shampoo for two. and although breakfast was advertised, all they give is a small paper bag with a bottle of water, a kids juice box and a small muffin. The building is on disrepair. The pool was not open. The key access to our room did not work, we just walked into the room. The bed was as hard as a plank. We did not sleep. The bathroom is from the 1970s.

The property was okay, the room was very dirty stains all over the walls, the shower curtain smelled like mold, the sink was broken We didn’t get room service once during our 6 days stay and we even requested it. They were short on towels and then decided to charge us $60 dollars for towels because they “stained” we requested the towels back and washed it with soap and it got out Breakfast is also just a processed muffin, granola bar, juice and water … no protein Absolutely terrible experience - will never stay here again not worth it.

I’ve stayed at six hotels around the Vancouver area over the past couple months, and this was easily the worst. Travelodge by Wyndham Vancouver Airport is priced like a mid-tier hotel but delivers a bare-bones, rundown experience that feels neglected from top to bottom. The front desk clerk barely said a word to me during check-in—just pushed my key card aside and turned to the next guest. No welcome, no warmth, no effort. The room itself was disappointing in every sense. Fixtures were broken, the shower was weak, and the entire space felt like it hadn't seen a deep clean in ages. We were on the 8th floor, which should’ve offered a decent view, but the exterior windows were so thick with grime it was hard to tell if it was day or night—looked like they hadn't been washed in decades. There was no breakfast, no amenities, and no clear reason for the inflated price tag. The only redeeming quality is its closeness to YVR, but honestly, you're better off staying further away and driving in or spending a bit more at one of the nearby hotels. At least you might get a clean room and some courtesy. I won’t be coming back.

The room was old, the carpet looked like it was preused from another facility it was old and wrinkled and not stuck to the floor at all. The A/C unit did not work only to blow air. The hot tub would not turn on and it was cloudy! The ice machine was broken. All in all I would never book there ever again!!

Small rooms, no frills, close to fast food. This is convenient place to stay for extended airport layovers. A sleep, shower, shave type of place. 24hr A&W and tim hortons basically accross the street. Bus stop right outside but long walk to train station.
