We have stayed 2x now and you cant beat the value of this hotel. The room had all the normal amenities and we were upgraded to a King suite at no charge. It seemed quiet for the busy location it was in and the king bed was very comfy so had a great sleep.

I am writing this review after a horrible visit to this hotel. We came into town for my daughters soccer provincials without knowing here was a music festival in town at the same time. On the Friday night I had to phone the front desk as they were partying, dancing and stomping around and blasting music in the room directly above ours. The front desk person said they would take care of it right away...well they didn't and the party went all night till around 5am. I talked to the front desk first thing in the morning and they said they will charge them a fee if they do it again on the Saturday night (how beneficial for them) and sure enough I called down at 1am for them to shut it down. You would think there would be some compensation for having a horrible stay but they made us pay full pop at $199/night. We would never stay here again with our family.

I was primarily looking for a hotel I could use air miles at which was close to my job site in North Vancouver. Other than going into downtown Vancouver where my vehicle won't fit, this was the closest. Anyways the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and updated hotel. The outdoor pool was great at the end of a long hot day. All other services worked fine. Down side was noisy kids the first night and partyers the second night.

Breakfast was great. And then nice staff, Very comfortable bed. Spacious, clean bathroom. An also Front desk staff they were very kind and friendly! Especially , Catherine she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Catherine, sales manager showed outstanding hospitality when dealing with group block from the inquiry until check out Thanks a lots.

After driving around a bit we found this hotell. Wery nice and helpful girl at check in. She was new at her job and she was the best. Very helpful and wanted to help us all she could. Nice clean rooms🌞

Looked like it was out of the 70's;or used to store old furnishings or decorated at last minute just so that a room was available for rent. Were it not for the fact that we had a very full business and travel day and that we needed a place we would have taken choice elsewhere. Three of us rented rooms and all were disappointed in our stay and would not go back. As a Quality Manager and SPG member here is a list of issues. Finish on coffee table worn through in various places. no lamp on business desk.No reading lights for sitting areas. Lights were unplugged. Drapery pulls broken and laying on floor. Very dirty windows. AC unit not functioning properly - had to unplug it to get what sleep I could as it repeatedly cycled and then shut down. Carpet was old, dirty and frayed; uneven floors; terrible tasting coffee. Breakfast was barely passable as overcooked sausages and very watery oatmeal convinced me I would be best just to grab a banana and apple. Ate elsewhere. On the plus side all I can say is that the bed and linens were good as was entry floor and bathroom. Previous stays at Sheraton facilities were excellent; however as a group we thought let's book in advance and try Four Points out. Knowing that renovations were in progress is no excuse. When your night staff asked how the room was they were informed that the room was very disappointing. No attempts were made to put things right. Upon checkout the front desk was informed of problems and we were informed that these would be passed on to the manager. Overall I don't think that I or my associates will be checking in or recommending Four Points. Note that the above comments were also included in the electronic Four Points survey.

We had a one night stay in rm 325 to attend a wedding. The were happy to give us early check-in so we could freshen up after a 5 hour drive. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. The front desk did not know if there were feather pillows in the room so we had to check ourselves due to wifes allergies. There were 2 feather and 2 foam pillows. The room was clean and well-appointed but the reno was not complete. The tub/shower is old and stained yellow. The a/c was very loud, keeping us awake. The window frame looks to have black mold staining that someone made a poor attempt to clean. There was only half of one roll of toilet tissue and no back-up roll so we rationed as it was late at night that we noticed and wanted to get to bed. When we left for the wedding our GPS couldn't locate the venue but the girls at the front desk were very helpful and quickly mapped it out for us. All in all I could only give this property 3 stars as it is not up the the Four Points by Sheraton standards. I would stay somewhere else next time.

I was really happy when we got there. Looked and smell newly renovated. Our room was a clean suite with a kitchen area. Bed was comfortable.We had two breakfast passes for the attached restaurant and the food was the standard buffet you expect from a hotel but tasty. Kids under 13 eat free.

We arrived and checked into our room and it was 80 degrees. We turned on the air conditioning to 72 degrees and went to do some shopping. When we came back to change for dinner, it was still 80 degrees so we called the front desk. A young man came up and checked the unit, unplugging it and plugging it back in and then turning it down to 68. We went out to dinner (a whole other complaint) and then for a hike. When we got back to the hotel to go to bed, it was still 80 degrees. We called the front desk again and she asked me to shut the AC off and then she came up to check it. Still no air. She did help us open to window. It opens about 4 inches on a 5 inch strip. Not enough to help. She goes down to call the manager and find out what to do and returns with a fan and an apology that the hotel is fully booked and she can't do anything to help us. She offered us free breakfast but after our experience at the restaurant, we had no desire to eat there again. We go to bed and have the worst sleep of our lives. As we are getting ready to leave the next morning, the air conditioner suddenly starts working at 7:30am, like someone had flipped a switch somewhere. Perhaps the maintenance manager got to work?! We told the front desk at check out how horrible our stay was and she apologized and offered us 1000 Starwood points, because she couldn't offer us more since we had booked online. (Air miles). We tried to get to tell us what 1000 points was worth and she said that a nights stay was worth about 4000 so 1000 was rather insulting I'd say. Overall, this was a horrible experience. We've stayed at many many hotels in our travels across North America and Europe and this is one of the worst. It's not reasonable to not have air conditioning when it's 80 degrees in the hotel room. We could have slept better in the hallway!

Absolutely unacceptable stay at this hotel. Renovations under way.Work crews working throughout the night keeping many of our group awake. Tried to talk with Julia the manager about refunded our stay and she lied to me saying that the workers left at 10 pm. Then she tried to blame noise on our hockey team that had a curfew for 9:30 pm. Hallway to restaurant dirty, floors sticky in restaurant, bathrooms poorly kept. Would not recommend this hotel. Asked her for her last name and she would not give it to me as I want to report this to Sheraton corporation head office.
