The property is a bit away from the action area but it's nice, clean and quiet. Run by a Punjabi family who are polite and always willing to help. The WiFi is fast and the breakfast is nice. You can also access the sky rail walking a few minutes.

Room smelled musty, and the carpet seemed to be quite old. Otherwise the stay was comfortable.

I had a business trip that requiered me to be on the mainland for <24hrs. The Days Inn met my needs.

Arrived late at night after along flight. Warm welcome. Our room was nice, clean . Breakfast was included .We stayed there for 5 nights.Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed daily. Good location. Had coffee making facilities. And a lundromat which wasn't expensive.

I know it's Surrey and all, but IF you are arriving from the USA or interior BC and thinking of doing Vancouver stuff, you can skip the horrendous traffic, stay here at half the price and take the Skytrain in to the city in less than half an hour. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the (rapid transit) station and is the main reason we stayed there. It's very clean, front desk staff make you feel welcome and there's plenty of free parking as well. I heard the continental breakfast was just "okay", but I never eat breakfast anyway so I can't comment. Good free wi-fi and close to restaurants, shopping, etc. though for that I'd recommend driving. Also, the adjacent area can be a little 'sketchy' at night sometimes but the road in front of the hotel is well-lit and busy so if you are walking I'd stick to King George Blvd if it's dark out. I'm going to another concert in Vancouver in a few months and have already booked this property, will save me the drive into the city, parking fees, etc., as well as at least a hundred bucks!

Small hotel that adequately served our needs for a late evening stay while en route from the States and waiting the next day's ferries to Vancouver Island. Attempted to serve more than a continental breakfast but some unscrupulous families took more than they could consume during their meal.

The only reason we stayed here was because it happened to be very close to where we had an appointment. We didn't like the room at all but we were too tired to look for something else. The bathroom was very odd with the toilet and shower on one side of the entrance and the sink on the other. They could use a fresh layer of clean caulking in the bath. The bedsheets had some sort of stain on it and i wasn't sure if they were stained or dirty. In any case, I covered them with a blanket i found in the closet and tried not to think of it. All in all, even if it was for an overnighter, we would not return.

I stayed there with my family for 2 nights. I was impressed by the quality of the furniture and lay out of adjoining rooms specially with a kitchen in them. Staff were very nice specially the owner and GM. They both went over and beyond their limits to accommodate our special needs as we were traveling with a toddler. Sky train stop is a block away and their breakfast was also very good. I will definitely recommend this hotel to families and friends. Keep up the good work

My son will be attending Simon Fraser University in the fall and we spent three days in the Vancouver area to check out the university and the city. The room and beds were very comfortable, the shower was very good, and the TV was fine. The breakfast was adequate. As others have said, it is within easy walking distance of the Sky Train station which we took into Vancouver to spend a day. You could hear the Sky Train from inside the room, but that kind of thing doesn't bother me. I did have some problems connecting to and staying connected to the Wifi. Our cell phone data didn't work in Canada so I really needed the Wifi to plan each day and it was difficult to get that done. That's the reason for the 4 instead of a 5. Otherwise, it was great. We will stay here again when we return to visit our son.

Average to Good Hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. very clean rooms. Had a few issues as coffee maker didn't work and vanity lighting needed repair. Fixed as soon as we mentioned it. Would stay there again.
