I traveled to Surrey for business and arrived at the hotel too early to check in. Nav was kind enough to hold my bags for me until later in the day when I returned. The hotel and the room were very clean and the staff very helpful. If I need to travel to Surry again I will be sure to stay here, maybe even long enough to have breakfast.

Place and staff very nice, would stay here again. Went thru and will never use them again. Lied about how far this was from my areas of activity, everything was at least twice as far away as stated on!

We stayed comfortable on this hotel. Our room is very clean especially the bathroom but I noticed their breakfast need to change the appearance. It looks they’re serving the food repeated everyday, the bread it looks old and coffee machine should have to clean because the coffee it taste old brewed.

The staff was very friendly, in the evening they were very busy but yet very professional and efficient. The rooms were new with white sheets and blankets so it felt clean. The continental breakfast was good, and the price was great.

This hotel was a great stay great, helpful staff really good area the room was perfect clean breakfast was just amazing and right by the sky train the staff was always helpful had a great stay would recommend for everyone

Where to begin. Stayed in room with belcony facing the road. Big mistake due to the loud constant traffic passing by 24/7. I was there for 3 weeks for work. Housekeeping never once emptied the ash tray on the belcony and missed the trash can in room a couple times. They would even forget to replace towels they remove like the bath mat. Setting on the fridge was either not cold enough or would freeze everything in it. Also no microwave in the room.

The hotel was really Good .staff was helpful and full of knowledge Excellent service and breakfast .

We were really unsure of the area when we pulled in, it seemed to be on the brink of a run down area. The first room we were given was not what we booked and there was a big section of mold in the bathroom. They moved us quickly to another room the next morning. It was an ok stay, we wouldn't book again. It seems that they like to cut corners or costs. In both rooms the lamps were all unplugged, and you had to plug and unplug them to turn them on because the switch didn't work. Getting on your knees to find the outlet was a pain. There are various cosmetic things that were forgotten about or haphazardly replaced. If you are from the US and use a debit card, they charge a refundable $200 deposit FYI. If you stay here ask for a room that's not facing the road. Between the traffic and sky train, it was loud.

This room was nice! It was big and roomy and had huge lovely windows. We were in a round room, very cool. There were some basic necessities missing, however. There were no hand towels, and the TV did not work. Otherwise it was good!

This was a last minute booking and was an a terrible part of town. We booked mainly because we had to catch an early morning ferry and it offered a complimentary breakfast. Upon arrival, we were informed that the breakfast hours had moved from 6am to 7am, so that wasn't an option after all. The parking lot was littered with junk (old toilets, dressers,etc) and we hoped that our vehicle wouldn't be broken into. It was over 300 and we will never stay there again.
