My car was broke into by some thieves at the night right in front of the hotel building at the parking lot. No securities, no compensation, only had blame for me. They said my car attracted the thieves, my car window was broken, paid the cost of fix by myself. No safe place there.

Nothing wrong with Hotel or staff, the city water main was shut off the first night here from 7:30-Pm. -7:30 am. I had to leave hotel at 10:30 am and the water was on but no Hot water to have shower, as boilers were not heated up yet. I understand I just was unaware until I got to hotel at precisely 7:30 pm

Not impressed that you did not inform us that the water would be off for 12 hours from 8pm. We are here to attend a funeral and had neither the time nor energy to try to make other arrangements. I expect a credit for this stay and something for our inconvenience. Eg. They have portable toilets outside for us to use. You need to improve communication between you and your hotel partners.
