Room was clean and the staff did everything possible to accommodate my wife who is an amputee. There was also free airport shuttle.

the maid service was wonderful and helpful as were the shuttle drivers. Unfortunately since front desk staff were so green they could not be as helpful as needed. From what I could observe they did not have the necessary training or general knowledge to help give directions, help with their computer or get things done when necessary (like getting the ice machines fixed on any floor during our five day stay) A lot of these problems can probably be attributed to upper management but when things are not corrected to make the paying public more comfortable it makes a bad impression all the way around.

The location was in a mm awful zone of the city. We needed to be near the airport and that was fine. But the street and the view were terrible. Though the staff gave us an excelente service and make us feel at home.

Not much to say. We slept. Enough said. Don't know what else i can say about this .

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is not near "the action" of Vancouver, but is close to the airport. The onsite restaurant was a plus.

I could take a bus easily to the downtown Vancouver however, the bathroom wall was too dirty and it disappointed me.

Very pleased we were able to check in early. Our ship arrived at 8 AM & we got to the hotel about 10 AM & our room was ready! Glad we didn't have to hang out in the lobby until 3 PM! We had stayed there before we left on our cruise 2 weeks earlier & I left my medicine in there refrigerator. After calling them from the ship they said they would keep it for me until we returned. It was waiting for me when I got there. Very happy with their cooperation & follow through.

No comfortable chair to watch tv in, either a computer chair or a straight chair

I would stay here again, for sure. Good price, and there is (free) overnight residential neighborhood parking less than 1 block away.

The hotel seemed to be a good value. Since it was close to the airport it made our shuttle ride short which was deeply appreciated. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable. It was nice to have restaurant and bar within the facility. If I was flying into Vancouver I would stay there again

We stayed only for one night, did not explore around the neighborhood. The staffs were professional, lobby and room are in good size and clean.

Very clean. The only disappointments were that the parking was not free for hotel guests, no complimentary breakfast, and no refrigerator in the room.

They stay would have been great except for the horrible Restaurant morning staff. Terrible Service and attitude!

I booked this hotel due to close proximity to the airport and free shuttle service for an overnight stay for a connecting flight in the early am. Staff was courteous and the White Spot restaurant made a mean burger that I thoroughly enjoyed. The major complaint I have is the strong mildew/rot/fungal odor in the bathroom of the 4th floor room. I really should have complained and tried another room but I was tired and thought if I opened the windows and aired the room out it would dissipate. I was wrong and ended up closing off the bathroom door and leaving the fan running constantly to help bring in some fresh air from the open windows. I did consider leaving, as the smell was quite pungent. but decided to stick it out. I looked for a source of the odor ie rotten walls/ceiling but the surfaces looked clean and freshly painted. I think the rot must be in the roof of the building as it was a top floor room. I won't be booking here again.

I just needed a hotel close to the airport with a shuttle service (for a 5:30 am start) but I got even more. Great, friendly staff welcomed me, my room was bigger than I needed, very clean, coffee machine and supplies. The Hudson restaurant next door served a delicious inexpensive butter chicken. I was a little wary what I would get for such a low price, but it was a short, but great stay.

My experience started at check-in, the front desk manager attempted to convince me that 1 of the 2 rooms I booked was canceled because my credit card was declined. I simply asked him, how can my card be declined for 1 of the 2 rooms I booked, along with my flight and car rental, which was not affected and a month after my booking, no one contacted me. After not providing me with an answer, I providing him with a copy of my credit card charge; he decide to do me a favor and give me a room at the current charge, $70 a nigh higher than my online reservation. After arguing for 20 minutes, I wanted to stay at a different hotel, but I was already charge for the 2 room for 3 nights.Also most of my family were staying at the hotel for a wedding which was 2 hours from the time I was attempting to check in. The manager finally got me a room at the rate I booked with online travel agency, but it was a single bed, after requesting double beds for wife and son, after being to annoyed with the staff, I just switched rooms with another family member. The room seemed fairly average, despite the TV not working, which was not a pleasant experience when you have a 6 year old child. The television was never fixed through out my time in the hotel, it was a good thing the television was working in my parents room, which was the 2nd room I booked. After this whole ordeal, I was charged for 4 nights for 2 rooms I stayed 3 night. I've stayed at many hotels in my life, this is probably the worst experience I ever had. Please note that the only reason I stayed at this hotel was simply because all my family were staying there.

The hotel was ok, the room was clean an the directions all right, but the staff was rude, ironic, unwilling to help us. They charged more than the reservation showed, and they they said that is was our problem, that was the price they were offering.

convenient hotel close to the airport
