Although there was a lot of construction going on, it did not disturb my stay. The Staff were friendly and efficient, professional and very helpful. It was affordable and close to the airport and had shuttle services. They have a nice restaurant connected to the Hotel.
I never made it due to covid travel restrictions. The hotel assured me I wouldn’t have any issues clearing customs and stay one night for my stop over. They refused a refund and were very hostile about the whole situation.
The shuttle service to and from the airport is spotty and shoddy.
Rooms were clean and the staff helpful in a stressful time trying to get back to Canada from trip to southern states.
The room we had was adequate, it was in good condition. They had recently redone the bathroom and it looked nice. The beds were comfortable as well. The problem with this hotel is that they are letting the outside of the building rust away and crumble apart. As well, the common areas are not well maintained at all. I do not understand how hotel owners do not get the concept that clean common areas leave a strong impression with the guest. The White Spot restaurant on site was excellent. You can see that they do care about the rooms, and that is great, but the structure itself is badly in need of paint and repair. Very close to the airport. There is no view of anything but a busy street.
Good stay. Clean property. Shuttle service was good,
Bed needs to be replaced it was a bit broken down.
Nice staff! Pretty frequent shuttles to pick up and drop off
Don't let outside appearance fool you! Nice interior, only minutes to airport and free shuttle. Restaurant onsite, good food and friendly staff.
My room was comfortable and clean and had all the little extras to make a very late arrival go smoothly. I didn't like not being able to receive a statement or invoice for the room at the end of my stay - especially as they had asked for a credit card as back up for a non-smoking guarantee at check in. I was told I wasn't charged, just used as a backup. I was rather nervous however as a lone woman being put in a room at the end of a hallway, facing an alley and right across from a stairwell. Something closer to the main hall and nearer others perhaps would have made me feel less vulnerable, Of course, if there had been a fire I'd have been right across from a stairs.
Jul 11 - (Itinerary # 7452425924830) - Total room charge was $180 including taxes and my credit card was charged $263 - could someone please follow up with these incorrect charges and contact me at 604-905-9470
Tired, only superficially maintained. Restaurant expensive and uninspired. Entrance obscure from road.
