Excellent CHOICE for Discovery

I found the lobby area was clean and fresh feeling. Check-in was relatively simple, and staff was friendly and engaging. The room was clean, and I found the bed comfortable. There was virtually no noise, even in the morning. The breakfast was typical hot/cold breakfast items served at hotels, but the staff kept the area clean while doing double duty of service at the front desk. Guest laundry was available, all machines were operable, and the laundry room was clean. Although I didn’t swim, the pool looked well maintained. The only negative, if it's negative, is the accent color on the bathroom wall is not a very appealing color to me. It seems out of date or not fresh compared to the rest of the room and hotel overall. Excellent location for those going to Discovery Park of America.

I liked the hospitality of the staff. I was very disappointed in the no room service- meaning no daily cleaning, and no garbage disposal. I had tontake out my own trash. With the amount of money spent, you would think house keeping would be avaliable, if requested.

Had to go and get toilet paper from front desk because they didn’t leave a replacement for the one that ran out. They don’t clean the rooms each day so they don’t know if you are running out of anything. Breakfast was good.
