Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites

Had a little hickup at first but the hotel overall was very good. Nice and heated pool as well

Beds were very worn, big dips in mattresses. We both woke up with sore backs.

We got into town and our room was not ready (well after 3pm). Then front desk staff was incredibly rude and stressed out. Our room was old and dingy. The bathroom was dirty and the lights by the bathroom barley worked. I am shocked that this was a Sheraton because of the poor customer service and terrible condition of the room.

Older Hotel, location perfect for people using TMC or TOI.

It was a very nice hotel, my only problem was that my bike got stolen, I called multiple times and no one got back to me.

I had a late arrival - after midnight. The person at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. My room was very clean and in good condition. I did not use any of the amenities such as the pool, but the pool area looked very inviting. For the value, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Came in for the gem/jewelry show. It is a little far from the main locations of most of the shows but so worth driving back and forth. We will be back next year and definitely stay at the Sheridan. Very clean, good food, excellent staff, didn't get to spend any time at the pool but will stay an extra day next year to do that.

Our stat was great, but the distance was a bit far from central Tucson. Our family really loves Sheraton hotels and really appreciated the clean rooms and friendly staff.

I drop by the hotel earlier than expected. Staff at the desk, greeted me well, without hesitation they allowed me to check in early & also allowed me stay late to coincide with my departure schedule. This was very nice of them. It's in Tucson, Arizona in the middle of Summer time, it was a very hot day, if they didn't allowed me then I may have to stay at a restaurant to keep my self cool. MY HATS OFF TO WONDERFUL STAFF NK

Very good location and good value for our purposes.

The receptionist never said welcome neither smiled. We had dinner 9PM, at the completely empty restaurant, except for a couple in the bar area The waiter-kitchen took forever to wait on us and to bring the food +- 20 minutes with no other clients there. She never came back to check on us. We had to go to the bar area to ask the bartender for the check. The enchiladas were not bad... at least. Room 139 has a noisy AC drip from the ceiling. At 3AM you wake up from the water accumulation on the carpet which wakes you up from being saturated with water and the drops. VERY dissapointing for a Sheraton

There was a couple of things that bothered me. 1. I was treated as a second class because i had purchased my reservation through a discount. I was not given that feeling that i was a guest and any guest is still a guest., It was as if i was given the least of the hotel because i had purchased the room thru a discount so there fore treatment was also included as a discount. 2. the room they gave us had a patio like every other room, what they forgot to mention is the huge tree that was blocking any view from the outside hotel. and the tree was literally two feet from the patio. No Good I was expecting a lot more from this hotel

Hotel is somewhat dated. Rooms are okay if you're just there for a short stay. Not the kind of hotel I would choose for a family vacation or gettaway. I was there on business for just a night and it was okay for that.

The first room we were given was a handicap room, fortunately they were able to move us to another room. In the new room two electrical outlets didn't work. The front desk sent an engineer to fix the problem. I held the flashlight so he could see what he was doing. The next day our refrigerator didn't work, they left exposed electrical wires and plugged the fridge into the lamp outlet, not acceptable. They upgraded us to a suite and when my girlfriend opened the doors on theTV cabinet one came off and hit her in the head resulting in a visit to the nearest hospital. The front desk staff was great but I would never again think of staying at this Sheraton, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

My room was my refuge. Family celebrations are exhausting. My room had a balcony that had a tree right in front of it, giving me privacy and a filtered view of the pool, scenery, and sky as well as fresh air when the sliding door was open. Simply wonderful. The menu does not do justice to the food and wine that the Spice and Fire restaurant produces, not at all! Their version of Southwestern is subtle, healthy, and a balm after the fast food of airports. Next time, I may just reserve for a month and not tell the family!.

We were very comfortable in this clean, secure hotel. It has a wonderful atmosphere. We enjoyed the fire pits every night , oh and the smores every night too. They had jazz music playing on some nights that was great. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the pool area was nice.

Stayed there while moving my son back to college. Room was quiet except for the noise from the air conditioner. Every 10-15 minutes in sounded as if it was purging. The bathroom needed alot of help. It smelled like urine and the toilet was indescribably dirty, the tile in the floor needed heavy duty cleaning. It didn't help seeing that the walls were old and cracking and the door was in very poor shape and would jam. Although the lobby and the area/rooms around the lobby looked great. Our side of the hotel felt as if we were in a different hotel.

Went to Tucson, AZ to visit some cousins that we have not seen in 17 to 20 years. It was nice meeting with my cousins and their grown up children. While we were staying in at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites, we encountered minor inconvenience for two hours upon arrival. We arrived on the property at about 9AMish. The air conditioner (AC) was not working, but the room was still in a comfortable temperature, about 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Made a call for the AC to be fixed. The AC mechanic did not show up after 1 hour wait. Then I called again because the room was getting a little warmer, about 70 degrees Fahrenheit, but it was not hot. Finally, an AC mechanic came by looked at the AC compressor and told us he would need to replace it. He took out the AC compressor and went to retrieve another one. Within 1 hour, he was able to installed a new AC compressor. The AC worked well, thereafter. In spite of the little inconvenience with the AC for 2 hours, we are pleased with the clean room, clean fresh towels, Starbuck ground coffee, and a nice place to rest after traveling and driving for 7.5 hours from Las Vegas, NV to Tucson.Overall, I will come and stay here at Sheraton Tucson for the same or lower price that was offered [...].

I booked a sweet and was given a room that was used for guests that "like to party" This was not what I was looking for. Be carful where they place you in the hotel or else you could get a room that should only be rented to college kids.

There is a noticable lack of cleaning in the hallway walls. Most disappointing was the discontinuance of the complimentary hot breakfast provided on our last visit. We did not use the pool but there was a live musical preformance on Saturday night. Might as well remove the table top pool table-hardly worth the space used. For a name branded hotel it does not rate average. As for a balcony room-don't bother unless you're 5'6'' or less; the rail is low and the balcony (perch)is maybe 12 inches wide.
