Always stay here when we come to Tucson... awesome hotel

this property is great. I did not like that the back gate, near our room was unlocked, we did not have to use our key to open it the 3 days that we were there

Vety clean and comfortable ,great staff.I would come again.

Nice hotel...Conveinant location, easy check in and out..Would stay here again if in that area

Pretty good stay.. staff were all friendly and helpful, restaurant was amazing, room was beautiful, pool and hot tub were wonderful. some room for improvement... the bathroom smelled terrible the entire time we were there, found someone else's dirty sock by the couch and the creamers that clearly state "keep refrigerated" were left out so no coffee for us before we left.

Conveniently located and very nice hotel.. Would stay there again

Lobby was quite nice. The check in was SUPER slow until a second person showed up. The hotel had clearly been renovated. The beds were comfy, but the bathrooms are RIDICULOUSLY small. They have a toilet & a tub with barely enough space to stand in there. Great for overnight, but with that bathroom I wouldn't last more than a weekend.

The room was clean and large with new, updated furniture. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom is very tiny and the room, although clean, had a smell that I think is from the heat of Tucson. We loved that the refrigerator kept our water VERY cold.

The staff really made the trip! We will definitely stay here again when we travel to Tucson.

Awesome stay met my full expectations would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I booked this hotel for me and my brother for a weekend trip visiting family. The room was described as a 2 bed/2 room suite. It had 2 beds in one room and another living room area with a couch, chair, table, TV, and bar sink area where the coffee maker was. The room was a good size. The bathroom was very small consisting of only the shower and toilet. The sink for the bathroom was in the room where the beds were, so there wasn't as much privacy as I was expecting. The beds were very comfortable. There is coffee in the lobby in the morning as well as water available. There is a bar/restaurant next door where we had breakfast. There's an option when you book to get a buffet breakfast, but we ordered off the menu instead. This seemed like a regrettable decision at first since the waitress didn't seem to know the menu at all and the food took a very long time to arrive, but it was worth it when it finally got there. The pool/patio area were nice and we were able to enjoy some time there in the morning before it got really hot. The lobby is beautiful and has two computers with printers. The staff was very accommodating and easily arranged a shuttle to take us back to the airport which is very close by. Overall, it was good for our short stay.

The first clue that things were not well was the non-functioning latch on the security gate from the parking lot. It was frozen in place so I easily pushed the gate open. As I settled into the room I found the bedside lamp was missing one of the two lightbulbs and the bulb that was there didn't work -- so no light at all. The sink vanity in the bedroom was missing a panel so I could see all the plumbing, no problem. This room was a two-room suite with a television in each room, but just one remote & channel guide that had to be carried back & forth. One of the two drapery pulls used to close the drapes for the bedroom window was leaning in the corner on the floor. The telephone message light was flashing with a message from the week before and could not be turned off. I mentioned all the above to the front desk. They managed to turn off the flashing message light and a maintenance man showed up promptly with a brand new working lamp. He also fixed the outside security gate, thank goodness. Very polite and pleasant. The heating/cooling system for the suite was in the office/kitchen room and so loud I had to close the door to sleep. That is when I noticed how loud the traffic sounded. When I went to check the window, it was wide open, directly to the parking lot -- and this room was on the first floor. The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. The upkeep felt very lax and I did not feel secure staying in this hotel. When I woke in the morning the telephone message light was again flashing -- with the same message from the week before.

This is a nice place to stay, clean, comfortable, the beds are to die for after a long day touring around the town. TV, although not that important they have Direct TV but the picture is awful! Considering next door to airport, do not hear much or any from the rooms.

Amenities were very nice. I stayed on the first floor, never heard a plane, even thought the hotel is right next to the airport. My only concern is I guess I'm footing the bill for a breakfast...I was under the impression that a hotel of this calibre would have a complimentary breakfast. The food and beer were very good. I think I'll be back.
